The encounter with Wandering Wight is particularly challenging as it is in the early stages ofBlack Myth: Wukong. At this point, players still don’t have a very high health pool and haven’t unlocked many skills. Meanwhile, the Yaoguai Chief is fast, his stomp attack has an extended hitbox, he can punch the ground and create one or more explosions around him, and he has high health. Thefight against Wandering Wightis optional, but for players who are up for the challenge, it’s necessary to go to the Wolf Forest near Outside the Forest Shrine in the first chapter to find him.

Although it went viral, Wandering Wight isn’t the only miniboss in the first chapter of the game. In addition to him,Black Myth: Wukongplayers will face Guangzhi, who attacks with his fire glaive. Bullguard is the gatekeeper of the mountain who carries a massive axe, which he swings when attacking players. Baw-Li-Guhh-Lang is a giant frog whose movements are based on jumping and swinging his arms. Guangmou relies more on ranged attacks such as projectiles and spinning to create a wind explosion around him.
