Various wrestling fans and even wrestlers like WWE’s Bronson Reed and AEW’s Willow Nightingale praised Roan for her lucha libre presentation at the festival. AWWE 2K24fan named MikeDexter076 recently shared that they recreated Roan in her lucha libre gear in the game. In a Reddit post, they showcased their custom superstar in action in an Extreme Rules match against Trish Stratus atWrestleMania 39. They created two versions of Roan as a wrestler: one with a full luchador mask, and an unmasked one to show off Roan’s signature red hair and her gorgeous Lollapalooza makeup. They also made custom fan signs for Roan as well that read “Midwest Princess,” which is a reference to her debut albumThe Rise and Fall of a Midwest Princess.
