How To Recruit & Dismiss Companions In Mount & Blade 2: Bannerlord
Companions can behired by heading to the tavern of any major city. When selecting to go to the tavern district, the potential companions you can recruit will appear in the top right menu of the screen. Select any of the available options to travel to and talk to the person, before hearing their story. After talking with them you can choose to recruit them for whatever cost they offer their services.
If you wish to dismiss your companions, you’ll have to find them and talk to them. If they are in your party, it’s as easy as opening the party menu, scrolling to their name, and selecting the talk menu that appears after selecting them. If they are not in your party, you’ll need tofind them in the overworld, but they can be tracked using the Clan menu. Whentalking to your companion, the first option will be to dismiss them.

Lets you have more soldiers in your party, depending on your companion’s steward skill.
