While Unique drop chances have improved throughout the game’s lifespan, your best shot at getting the Blood Moon Breeches this way is to engage in endgame activities such as Nightmare Dungeons, Gathering Legions, Helltides, and joining players indefeating World Bosses across Sanctuary.
The Blood Moon Breeches were introduced duringDiablo 4Season 2, a season that also saw the implementation of theUber Boss activities. Uniques are part of a specificUber Boss loot pool, allowing for greater drop chances at a higher risk due to the difficulty of the fights.
