Best Character Attribute Distribution To Beat Promised Consort Radahn
It’s recommended that you’re atrune level 180or above when challenging Promised Consort Radhan. For a character at rune level 190, the following attribute distribution will allow you to maintain a decent poise, equip heavy weapons, and put on better armor:

Radhan’s attacks deal a lot of poise damage and withstanding them is necessary if you want to punish the boss with this build. Poise governs yourresistance to being staggered and interrupted by enemy attacks. While there are several armor sets in the game that comfortably increase your poise, they also come at the cost of heavy equipment load.

The Wondrous Flask of Physick allows you to combine two tears to obtain special buffs. In Promised Consort Radahn’s case, you’ll want to prioritize damage output while also negating the damage you receive. Luckily, the following two tears allow you to capitalize on this strategy:
Best Great Rune To Pair With This Build
While not mandatory, you could consider pairingGodrick’s Great Runewith this build to add five additional points to all your attributes. The additional points will translate into scaling your weapon’s damage output, increasing stamina, and boosting poise, all of which are a welcome addition to an already solid build.
However, if you’d only like to increase your maximum health and stamina, you could consider equippingRadahn’s Great Runeas it provides even better stat boosts than Godrick’s Great Rune.
Best Spirit Summon To Use When Fighting Promised Consort Radahn
TheMimic Tearis by far the best summon you could use when trying to beat Promised Consort Radahn. However, you could use other alternatives like a maxed outBlack Knight Commandar Andreasor theDung Eater.
Summons can be great atdrawing away the boss’s aggression, allowing you to reapply the buffs or use your healing flasks.
Buffing Routine & Attack Strategy
This build prioritizes simplicity and effectiveness, so the buffing routine is going to be minimal as well. Before you traverse the fog wall,pop the Wondrous Flask of Physick and then cast the Golden Vow and Flame, Grant Me Strength incantations. This buffing routine provides you with the following buffs:
The combination of a shield and a thrusting swordallows you to poke at Radahn while remaining behind the safety of your shield. So, thebasic attack strategy involves holding onto the block input while spamming light attacks. Your primary form of damage will result from the Antspur Rapier’s bleed affinity and scarlet rot build-up.
You may also need to momentarily disengage for a while to restore your stamina before re-engaging with the boss. You may not always be successful in summoning your spirit ash upon traversing the fog wall, so the ideal approach would be to summon a spirit ash when the boss transitions to phase two.
Alternate Builds To Beat Promised Consort Radahn
In addition to the highly defensive Fingerprint Stoneshield and massive damage-inflicting Antspur Rapier, the following builds are also capable of quickly taking down Promised Consort Radahn. However, these builds do sacrifice the defensive aspect, which is the hallmark of the main build in this guide:
Cross-Naginata Build

Also, consider two-handing this spearto activate the +50% strength buff,and feel free to use any armor set that grants you at least 60 poise while keeping your equipment load at medium.
