A bug that caused the Death status ailment from the “Death Flare Skill” to be applied to the “Deadly Poison Spray” has been fixed, as well as a bug that caused the power of theRed BearNPC to be higher than intended. Players will encounter awide range of NPCs during theirElden Ringjourney, with quite a few popular characters added as part ofShadow of the Erdtree.
Also addressed inElden Ring’s August update is a bug that kept players from invading other worlds while in certain areas of Scadu Altus, a new location inShadow of the Erdtree. Multiplayer has also been changed in the new patch, solving a bug that allowed cooperative play in some portions of Scadu Altus despite there being no bosses present in the area. Just like the base game,Elden Ring: Shadow of the Erdtreepits players against challenging bosses, some of which are considered to be the hardest in FromSoftware’s history.
