M. Bison - Available Now

Introduced all the way back in 1991’sStreet Fighter 2, M. Bison was the first character included inStreet Fighter 6’s Year 2 DLC line-up. Bison has appeared throughoutStreet Fighter’s long history, and has made multiple appearances in crossover games likeMarvel vs. Capcom. Bison is a trueStreet Fighterstaple, and his return inStreet Fighter 6has been met with a great deal of attention. Released back in June,Street Fighter 6’s version of M. Bisonis still a little overpowered, but he’s a hell of a lot of fun to play, and if he’s any indication of what’s in store for the rest of the Year 2 DLC slate, then fans are in for a treat.

Terry - June 29, 2025

Themain protagonist of theFatal Furyfranchise, Terry Bogard has appeared in more than his fair share of crossover titles, withSuper Smash Bros. Ultimatebeing one of his most recent outings. Terry Bogard is next up to bat inStreet Fighter 6’s Year 2 pass, with his release date currently being September 24. During Gamescom, Capcom released a gameplay trailer forStreet Fighter 6’s Terry, showcasing some of the classic SNK character’s new moves. Based on the trailer, it seems as though Terry will have plenty of hard-hitting jabs and lunges, along with a few powerful zoning attacks.

Elena - Spring 2025

Introduced in 1997’sStreet Fighter 3, Elena is a Kenyan Capoeira fighter who’s making her long-awaited return to theStreet Fighterfranchise in the Spring of next year. In her past appearances, Elena has primarily fought with kicks, using her feet to jab opponents, and sweeping her legs overhead to deal large amounts of damage quickly. It seems likelyStreet Fighter 6’s version of Elenawill feature plenty of kicking attacks.

A fellowFatal FuryandKing of Fighterschampion, Mai is joiningTerry inStreet Fighter 6’s Year 2 DLC. In all of her past appearances, Mai has used a traditional Japanese butterfly fan as her primary weapon, and if the Year 2 announcement trailer is any indication, she’ll be using her trusty fan once again inStreet Fighter 6.
