Rearmed Reinhardt Best IVs and Build

Similar to his other versions, Rearmed Reinhardt retains his signature capability of attacking foes twice when initiating combat, this time through an Exclusive Skill called Thunder’s Fist. Additionally, Rearmed Reinhardt boasts an incredibly high base Spd, something his previous iterations lacked. With nearly double the base Spd as them, Rearmed Reinhardt has a much easier time out-speeding his opponents, potentially letting him perform up to four consecutive attacks when initiating combat.

Rearmed Reinhardt’s bestAsset is +Atk, with the preferredFlaw being -Res. An Atk Asset further enhances Reinhardt’s nuking power, allowing him to take down many units head-on, especially with his weapon, Arcane Thunder. Res is Reinhardt’s lowest stat, making it the safest choice for a Flaw since magic damage poses less of a threat to him compared to physical damage. While a Spd Asset is a viable option to ensure follow-up attacks, it is less efficient than Atk due to his already high base Spd.

Rearmed Reinhardt Best Skill Build

Weapon Skill

Arcane Thunder: Accelerates Special trigger (cooldown count-1). At start of combat, if unit’s HP ≥ 25%, grants Atk/Spd/Def/Res+5 to unit, grants Special cooldown charge +1 to unit per attack (only highest value applied; does not stack), and neutralizes foe’s bonuses to Spd/Res (from skills like Fortify, Rally, etc.) during combat, and also, if unit’s Spd > foe’s Spd, neutralizes effects that guarantee foe’s follow-up attacks and effects that prevent unit’s follow-up attacks during combat.

Reposition: Moves adjacent ally to opposite side of unit.

Special Skill

Moonbow: Treats foe’s Def/Res as if reduced by 30% during combat.

A Passive

Thunder’s Fist: At start of combat, if unit’s HP ≥ 25%, grants Atk/Spd/Def/Res+7 to unit during combat and deals damage = 15% of unit’s Atk (excluding area-of-effect Specials), and also, if unit initiates combat, reduces damage from foe’s first attack by 50% during combat, and if number of spaces from unit’s start position to end position ≥ 2, unit attacks twice.

B Passive

Occultist’s Strike: If unit initiates combat, deals 7 damage to foe as combat begins (effects that reduce damage during combat do not apply; will not reduce foe’s HP below 1), inflicts Spd/Res-4 on foe during combat, and deals damage = 20% of foe’s Res (excluding area-of-effect Specials).

C Passive

Incite Atk/Spd: At start of turn, if number of allies adjacent to unit ≤ 2, grants Atk/Spd+6 and[Incited]to unit for 1 turn. If number of allies adjacent to unit ≤ 1, grants Atk/Spd+3 to unit during combat.

[Incited]If unit initiates combat, grants bonus to unit’s Atk/Spd/Def/Res = number of spaces from start position to end position of unit during combat (max 3; that turn only).

Sacred Seal

Blade Session 3: If unit initiates combat, grants bonus to unit’s Atk/Spd during combat = 3 + number of allies who have already acted x 3 (min value of 3).

Blade Session 3

Crafted and Enhanced with 480 Great Badges (red), 1,300 Badges (red), 190 Sacred Coins

Rearmed Reinhardt’s best build takes advantage of his ability to perform multiple attacks with Arcane Thunder, Thunder’s Fist, and high base Spd when initiating combat. To maximize his combat potential, skills that enhance his combat initiations, like Occultist’s Strike, Incite Atk/Spd, and Blade Session 3, are ideal. These skills allow Reinhardt a higher chance of eliminating foes before they can retaliate. In the event that foes survive to counterattack, Reinhardt’s build also provides defensive stat bonuses and damage reduction, giving him a decent chance of surviving.

Rearmed Reinhardt Budget Build

S/R Far Trace 4: Enables[Canto (Rem.; Min1)]. Inflicts Spd/Res-4 on foe during combat and unit deals +7 damage including when dealing damage with a Special triggered before combat.

[Cant (Rem.; Min1)]After an attack, Assist skill, or structure destruction, unit can move spaces = any movement not already used that turn (min 1; if unit used a movement skill that warped them, its remaining movement is 1).

Def/Res Smoke 3: After combat, inflicts Def/Res-7 on target and foes within 2 spaces of target through their next actions, grants Atk+6 to unit and allies within 2 spaces of unit for 1 turn, and grants [Pathfinder] to unit for 1 turn.

Rearmed Reinhardt’s budget build utilizes his base passive skills, S/R Far Trace 4 and Def/Res Smoke 3, in place of the harder-to-obtain skills Occulist’s Strike and Incite Atk/Spd. While the budget build offers less individual firepower, it compensates by providing additional mobility and offensive stats for his allies. Requiring only Reposition and Moonbowas inheritable skills, both of which are fairly common, the budget build is a great alternative that maintains good offensive strength without the need for rare skills.
