A post by a credible leaker known as Foul has revealed moreinformationabout a new character.Chasca has already appeared inGenshin Impact’s teaser videocalled “Ignition Teaser: A Name Forged in Flames.” According to Foul, Travelers can expect Chasca to be featured inGenshin Impactupdate 5.2. At the moment, there is not a lot of information about her kit other than that she’s a Cryo user, which is confirmed by her Vision. According to previous leaks, Chasca is rumored to be a bow user, but these leaks should still be taken with a grain of salt.
The only confirmed information about Chasca’s release date is that she will not be featured on a banner in the upcomingGenshin Impactupdate 5.0, as HoYoverse has already revealed the three new characters for this version: Mualani, Kinich, and Kachina. Many fans hope that Chasca will be featured in another update, considering there is a high chance that update 5.2 will feature the Pyro Archon, as HoYoverse has followed the pattern of releasing their Archons two updates after a new major region arrives.
