Genshin Impacthas officially revealed the complete kit description for one of their upcoming four-star characters, the Geo user Kachina. She has been confirmed to arrive in the upcomingGenshin ImpactVersion 5.0, which will also introduce the long-awaited Natlan region.
Kachina will be part of the first banner cycle, which will feature another new Natlan character, the five-star Hydro user Mualani. They will be joined by Kaedehara Kazuha as the other limited five-star character. HoYoverse has also confirmed that players will be able to obtain a copy of Kachina for free.
Genshin Impacthas revealed a new Character Skill Showcase for their new four-star character, Kachina. Kachina has been described as aversatileGenshin Impactcharacterwho can deal damage both on and off the field. Kachina’s Passive Talent, Night Realm’s Gift: Heart of Unity, allows her to ride a special vehicle named Turbo Twirly when taking the field mid-climbing, gaining 30 Nightsoul points. Kachina’s Normal Attack is fairly simple as it allows her to perform up to four consecutive attacks with her polearm.
Genshin Impact: Kachina’s Kit Explained
Kachina’s Elemental Skill, “Go, Go Turbo Twirly,” has a hold and a press variation. Tapping the skill will summon Turbo Twirly on the field, and holding it will make Kachina ride this unique transportation unit. If players try to attack while riding in this state, they will slam the ground, dealing AoE Geo damage that scales with Kachina’s DEF stat. This could make Kachina one of thebest exploration characters inGenshin Impact.
The character’s Elemental Burst, “Time to Get Serious!,” makes Kachina strike the ground, also dealing AoE Geo damage that scales with DEF, which is common forGeo users inGenshin Impact. This burst will also create an AoE effect called Turbo Drill Field, increasing Turbo Twirly’s attack and movement speed. Kachina’s second Passive Talent will increase Turbo Twirly’s damage by 20% of her DEF.
It’s safe to say that Kachina’s kit revolves around her friend Turbo Twirly. Assuming that this Geo structure can stay on the field if she gets swapped out, Kachina could be a great sub-DPS orsupport unit inGenshin Impact.

The introduction also mentioned that Kachina has a great relationship with one of the Saurians named Ayo. Unlike other dragons inGenshin Impact, Saurians have evolved in a way that allows them to coexist with humans. Multiple trailers for Natlan have revealed that Travelers will be able to transform into Saurians while exploring the new Pyro nation.
