As the new flagship event for Version 4.8, Summertide Scales and Tales inGenshin Impacthas many opportunities for players to earn those extra primogems needed. Once Travelers have completedthe final quest in the main story, they will have unlocked the third region - Broken Isle.
Broken Isle is where Travelers finally meet the dragon of the story and, after doing so, can freely explore the area and unlock the many chests around. Broken Isle is split into eight islands and the Missing Beaver puzzle inGenshin Impactis located on the island to your immediate right from the main waterfall.
Where To Find The Missing Beaver Puzzle
The puzzle and the Precious Chest will be located on the island west of the teleport waypoint near the waterfall. Players can fly down, turn right and head across the bridge to reach the island. As you make your way across the green jumper platforms, don’t forget to head to the smaller floating rock adjacent to the island andcollect the hidden chest.
Just follow the route given and then once you reach the island, head upstairs to find the teleport waypoint and unlock it. The island is easily recognizable by thenumber of boats surrounding the dock.
Missing Beaver Location 1
After unlocking the teleport waypoint, head across the platform in front of you and then glide down to find a pipe machine puzzle with a miner and beaver in front of it. Before you click on “Let the Magic Tonic flow!”,remember to rotateboth the pipes onceto successfully complete the puzzle. After the tonic has dripped into the cup, acommon chest will spawn,and you will have the option to send the beaver back to its rightful place.
Missing Beaver Location 2
The next beaver is located on the floor below and the only way to reach it is by either using the ladder near the house behind the teleport waypoint, or the ladder beside the house near the dock. If you use the ladder south of the island, you’ll first spot a miner hidingbehind the wall from some enemies.
Head underneath and defeat them first before solving the puzzle. The puzzle is block based, and you need to fill in the matching colour for each fish on the wall.
This completes thepuzzle and an exquisite chestwill spawn for you to claim. Once you click the “It’s safe now” option, the beaver will head back to its rightful place.
Missing Beaver Location 3
The final beaver puzzle will be right in front of the house that’s beside the teleport waypoint. You’ll need to first solve the problem the two miners are facing. Speak to the beaver first, and it will lead you to a pyro slime.Kill the pyro slimeand then speak to the beaver again. It will give you a bomb to place on the red block in front of the door.
Once you do, wait for it to explode and the miners to thank you. An exquisite chest will spawn that you can claim and, after that, speak to the beaver and you can send him back to the original place. Now, just head over to the middle of the island and claim thePrecious Chest.
