A recent leak byprominent source HomDGCatreveals that new enemy boss Borisin Warhead: Hoolay, coming in Version 2.5, will have a base SPD of 190, making it the fastest enemy in the game so far. According to the leak, Hoolay’s abilities will increase its SPD even more as the battle progresses. In combat, Hoolay can summon Borisin Wolftroopers, a normal enemy species introduced inHonkai: Star Rail’s 2.4 update. For every Wolftrooper on the field, Hoolay increases SPD by 5%. Additionally, after all enemies have performed a total of six attacks, they enter the state of Moon Range, which increases Hoolay’s SPD by an astounding 80%. In Memory of Chaos stage 12, Hoolay can accumulate up to 380 SPD.

If these stats remain unchanged until the update’s final version, Hoolay will certainly be a formidable enemy and players may need to complete two phases to defeat it. Once Hoolay’s boss fight drops in-game, fans should make use of their character’s abilities to win in combat easily. Characters that can increase an ally’s SPD, like Asta or Tingyun, or debuff enemies' SPD, like Dan Heng or Welt, may prove useful in Hoolay’s battle. Damage Over Time teams can be effective too, so that Hoolay will receive damage during its consecutive turns.
