One thing about this boss is that, before it attacks, there will always be an indicator on the ground beneath you.
Whether it goes for a winged attack or a slash attack, the ground beneath you will glow red (pyro), giving players an ample amount of time to dodge. The area of effect indicators really help here because players can thenmove away and attack from a distance.
