For players looking for one of the best Great Katanas inElden Ring, they should definitely try theRakshasa’s Great Katana. Here is how to get it.
How To Find Eastern Nameless Mausoleum In Elden Ring Shadow of the Erdtree
While theDancer of Ranah boss who is located in the Southern Nameless Mausoleumcan be accessed pretty early on, players need to wait a while before they can get access to the Eastern Nameless Mausoleum. Precisely, players will first need to beat the Golden Hippopotamus which would be waiting for them right when they enter the Shadow Keep. Once players have defeated that, they will unlock the Main Gate Plaza Site of Grace. Now if this is the first time players are visiting their place, they will need to take a longer route, as the gate on the right of the Site of Grace will be locked. Thankfully, the path is quite straightforward.
Players should head left and follow the path until they reach the room with the Black Knights. From there, one needs to head outside and then take a right, and then follow the bridge until they reach almost the end of the bridge. There will be a ladder on the left which will lead them downwards. Follow the path to reach another ladder which will lead into the room. In the room with the painting, there is a hidden wall on the right which will contain a coffin. Use the coffin to reach the Castle Watering Hole Site of Grace. From there, players will need to head southeast to reach the Recluses' River Upstream Site of Grace.
Continue following the path southeast to reach Recluses' River Downstream Site of Grace. There will be a few stone slabs that players can use to get down.Players don’t need to go all the way down, just reaching the start of the waterfall is enough. Follow the path to reach the Eastern Nameless Mausoleum.
How To Beat Rakshasa
Rakshasa is one of the easier bosses in the entire game. While players should definitely not take it for granted as its attacks are extremely powerful and can whittle down the player’s HP in just a couple of hits. For mage builds, the battle is going to be quite easy. Despite Rakshasa being a hard hitter, she isn’t that aggressive. Players can simply keep their distance and use the good ol’Staff of Lossoffhand with the Night Cometto absolutely obliterate Rakshasa. There will be instances where she would get way too close, and players can avoid that with simple dodge rolls.
For melee builds, having a weapon like theMoonveilis another great option, because the Transient Moonlight weapon skill can stun-lock Rakshasa, stopping all her attacks before she even gets a chance to finish the animation. Rakshasa is the weakest to lightning, but players are better off focusing on their weapon skills and melee attacks than going the lightning route for this boss. The best strategy is to get a couple of hits and dodge roll.Aggression is not the way to go for bossand it is quite easy to get punished. Additionally, it is crucial to note that Rakshasa will heal once during the battle.
Once players defeat Rakshasa, they will get 90,000 Runes, Rakshasa’s Great Katana, and Rakshasa’s Set comprising of the Helm, Armor, Gauntles, and Greaves.
