Upon further investigation, it becomes clear that Zhu Bajie has fallen under a spell, and he challenges the Destined One to a fight. How To Beat Zhu Bajie In Black Myth: Wukong

The firstfight with Zhu Bajiewill take place not farfrom the Hut of Immortality Keeper’s Shrine. This fight will be straightforward, and Zhu Bajie shouldn’t give you too much trouble. Dodge incoming attacks, and use your spells to make short work of him. This fight is just to give players an idea of what to expect later. After beating Zhu Bajie for the first time, players will have to get ready to face him again.

The next step is to go back to the Keeper’s Shrine andcraft new weapons and armor. verify to unlock new skills because the second fight with Zhu Bajie can be quite tricky.

From the Keeper’s Shrine, take a left and go straight till you reach a small crevice. Pass through it and keep running till you see an open area. This is where Zhu Bajie will appear. Be careful, as he will jump from the sky and launch two consecutive attacks. After dodging, execute a light attack combo and follow it up byusing the Wandering Wight’s spirit attack. Finally, use A Pluck of Many. All of this should be enough to bring him to 50% HP, triggering the second phase of the fight.

Keep An Eye On Zhu Bajie’s Transformations

Zhu Bajie’s Transformations Are Hard To Deal With

When his HP falls below 50%, Zhu Bajie will transform into a giant boar. In this form, he isn’t super agile, but his damage output increases. He can charge at players, and this attack willwipe off a chunk of HP. Zhu Bajie also morphs into a mud dragon with a diverse moveset. Around 30% HP, he will turn into a mud rhino and create multiple clones. While he is in this form, it is better to just dodge his attacks and wait until he turns back.

Even if Zhu Bajie reaches 0 HP in his rhino form, he will not die. Instead, he keeps attacking. So, make sure to dodge everything as you could still end up losing the fight.
