Dungeonbornetruly shines when played along with a team as itprovides avenues for class synergies. But withcooperative playcomes the challenge of effectively supporting your teammates while ensuring personal safety.
More often than not, you’ll find yourself or your teammates succumbing to the various dangers that lurk in the dangerous dungeons, including crafty enemy teams. However, not all hope is lost when a teammate goes down in your adventure, as they can be brought back to action if you know how to revive them.
How To Resurrect Teammates In Dungeonborne
There are two primary ways of reviving fallen teammates inDungeonborne, including theResurrection Stoneand thePriest class' Resurrection ability. However, there are a few caveats to consider before choosing either of the two options.
Reviving Teammates Using Resurrection Stone
While exploring the treacherous dungeons inDungeonborne, you have a chance to run into distinct shrines shaped like hand statues. These shrines offer various buffs andone of them even allows you to resurrect fallen teammates. You can identify this shrine by looking for a floating rune stone over the hand statue.
Interact with the shrine to activate the Resurrection Stone, which takes about 10 seconds. Once activated, the Resurrection Stone will be added to one of your free slots or stored in your inventory. With the Resurrection Stone acquired, equip it in your hands and use it on your fallen teammate to bring them back to life.
Resurrection Stones are not reusable, so consider using them strategically.
Reviving Teammates Using The Priest Class
The Priest is the only class inDungeonbornethat can revive a dead teammate, but they can do so only once per session. The Priest’s resurrection ability is tied to their passive skill, which is available for use once the character acquires 75 Faith. Resurrecting a dead teammate as a Priest is as simple as inputting the cast key near the fallen teammate.
Given the high faith requirement, the Priest player will need to level up their character quite a bit before being able to use the resurrection skill. Until then, you’re only limited to using the Resurrection Stones.
How To Plan For Resurrection In Dungeonborne
Given the scarcity of resources and their limited usage in the game, knowing how to use them strategically will always pay off in the end. If you’re early into the game and your characters aren’t leveled up to where you’d like them to be,your best bet is to actively look for Resurrection Stones as you explore the dungeons. If you happen to come across one of those Resurrection Shrines, make sure to activate the Resurrection Stone andstore it in your inventory for later use.
Searching for a Resurrection Stone while a teammate is down, adds unnecessary pressure on the team. So, it’s advisable to communicate with your team and develop a strategy to actively counter situations where a teammate might die.
Even if you happen to have a Priest on your team, obtaining a Resurrection Stone provides the team with two potential revives instead of just one.
