Baldur’s Gate 3is one of those games that provides tons of different weapons, armor, and other items that you can use for your party. In order to collect all of them, however, you will need to make sure to scour every corner of the map, do all the quests, and defeat all the enemies you come across.

One of the items that is in demand inthis massive RPGis a pair of boots called theBoots of Stormy Clamour. These must be purchased from a shop in Act 1 ofBaldur’s Gate 3, and you can easily miss them if you aren’t aiming to complete every side quest.

In order to get access to these great Act 1 boots, you will need to completeOmeluum’s side questin the Underdark, which involves helping with your parasite in the Underdark. This quest will take you over to the abandoned Arcane Tower, where you will need to look for extremely dangerous mushrooms to make a potion:Timmask SporesandTongues of Madness. You can find these growing in the basement and the workroom. Pick up all the spores you can find and the two Tongues of Madness here to have enough to make the potion.

Once you have completely explored every inch of theArcane Tower in the Underdark, and you have the potion’s ingredients, return to Omeluum via the Myconid Colony fast travel point. He will complete the potion, and then he will give it to you to drink. After the cutscene ends, Omeluum will be much more willing to trade with you and will have a variety of different items in his inventory for you to purchase, including the Boots of Stormy Clamour.

The Boots of Stormy Clamour offers theArcane Echomalefactioneffect, which inflictsReverberationon a target for 2 turns if they have been inflicted with a condition. Reverberation gives -1 penalty to Strength, Dexterity, and saving throws, and it can stack. If the target has five or more stacks of Reverberation, said target takes 1-4 thunder damage and can be made prone if they fail a Constitution saving throw.

The cost of these boots will be dependent on your charisma, so ensure that yourhighest-charisma characterinteracts with Omeluum to trade. This item can cost anywhere from around 70 gold to about 145 gold, depending on your charisma stat. Omeluum will also have a variety of other high-end Act 1 armor pieces for players to buy if they wish.
