After learning about the Pyke traitor during the Underworld mission,Star Wars Outlawsplayers will be able to trigger a syndicate quest called The Traitor byspeaking with Gorak in his suite. For those wondering, this mission will be available regardless of whether players chose to tell Gorak about the Pyke traitor in the previous mission, so there’s no need to worry about missing out.
At the beginning of the mission,Star Wars Outlawsplayers will need to head to Mirogana market and find a Crimson Dawn agent, who’s standing over in one of the corners. After locating her, players should press the R3 button to sit down at the nearby table and listen in on her communications. After doing so, they’ll be instructed to steal the comlink, which may prove easier said than done for some.
How to Steal the Comlink in Star Wars Outlaws
Some players may think that they need to sneak up behind the Crimson Dawn agent and press a button to pickpocket her or something, but this isn’t actually the case. As those who paid attention to the Nix tutorial at the very beginning of the game should already be aware,it’s possible to have Nix steal stuff from NPCs with a few simple button presses.
To steal the comlink, players will need to hold the L1 (PlayStation) or LB (Xbox) button toopen up the Nix menuand thenpress the Triangle (PlayStation) or Y (Xbox) button while the Crimson Dawn agent is highlightedto have him steal. Once Nix gets close, it’s then just a simple case of pressing the L1 (PlayStation) or LB (Xbox) button when prompted to have him steal the comlink.
For some players, this may seem incredibly simple, but those who found other ways to get the credits needed to repair Kay’s Data Spike may not have been aware that Nix could be used this way. Of course, the fact thatNix steals Gorak’s ring at the beginning of the Underworld missionshould hopefully have served as a pretty big clue and helped to point those players in the right direction.
Should You Take Tizlak to Gorak or Accept Tizlak’s Bribe?
After players steal the comlink, they’ll need to head to the Renpalli Station, where they’ll have the option totake Tizlak to Gorakoraccept Tizlak’s bribe. The latter will result in players receiving an extra 250 Credits upon completion of the quest and alsoimprove Kay’s relationship with Crimson Dawn, although her standing with Gorak and the Pykes will suffer. Taking Tizlak to Gorak will have the opposite effect, with Kay’s relationship with the Pykes improving and her Crimson Dawn reputation taking a hit, though they’ll only get 1,000 Credits rather than 1,250.
