Secret tasks are no stranger forGenshin ImpactTravelers as Teyvat is filled with many mysteries. Some places in the world often come with concealed areas, invisible Teleport Waypoints, or hidden missions. In Natlan, one place is all three. It’s concealed, has a stranded Waypoint, and a hidden mission. This location is calledFirethief’s Secret Isle.
On this island, players can complete four challenges to get some Chests and theIridescent Inscription Fragment inGenshin Impact. Here’s how Travelers can find theFirethief’s Secret Isle location and complete its challenges.
Firethief’s Secret Isle Location In Genshin Impact
Firethief’s Secret Isle inGenshin Impactis a hidden area with a Teleport Waypoint in Natlan. It’s located directlysouth of the Ancestral Temple,east of the “People of the Springs"area.
Afterunlocking the Statue of the Seven, you can see two small islands in the vicinity of the ocean.Head further southfrom the islands until you reach a hidden land. Unlock the Teleport Waypoint, and get ready to complete the three challenges to unlock Firethief’s Secret Isle on the map.
How To Complete Firethief’s Secret Isle Challenges
There are four challenges to complete in the Firethief’s Secret Isle inGenshin Impact.
Right next to the Teleport Waypoint, players are greeted with orangeIridescent Beams. This mechanism can be seen in older missions like the one where Travelers mustclear the bubble formation inGenshin Impact.
To disable it, simplyavoid getting hit and get close. Once you’re next to the device,press Disableto get rid of it. The first time you do this, you’ll unlock thefirst challenge.
First Challenge
Transform into a Yumkasaur, then use the Foilgrass Sigil to reach the top of a cliff. Disable the Iridescent Beams there. Another Iridescent Beams will appear each time you Disable one, so keep following it until there’s an Iridescent Inscription toTouch. Touch the object, and you’ll get an Exquisite Chest worth fiveGenshin ImpactPrimogems.
Second Challenge
Go back to the Teleport Waypoint, then walk south where there are some Koholasaurus in the water. From the shore, you should see the second challenge. You still need to Disable Iridescent Beams for this task, but using water-related skills instead.
Third Challenge
After completing the second challenge, enter theJet-Set Eddies(ripple in the water that causes you to leap upward) to reach the center of the island where the four inscriptions are. There, you’ll see thefourth challenge.
To reach the third challenge, go north, to the shore. This time, indwell a Tepetlisaurus oruse Kachina inGenshin Impactto complete the challenge.
Fourth Challenge
Jump down from the end of the third challenge to reach the final task. Before starting the challenge,make sure to set up your party first.
You’ll face two waves of enemies, the first one consists ofone Foliar-Swift Wayob Manifestation (Dendro Wayob). The second wave hasone Rock-Cavernous Wayob Manifestation (Geo Wayob) and one Flow-Inverted Wayob Manifestation (Hydro Wayob).
All three will actively regain their Elemental Shields, so make sure your team can counter the shield if you wish to complete the challenge quickly. Don’t worry, though. The challengehas no time limit, so you don’t need to rush.
