As of the time of writing,there are no plans to bringStar Wars Outlawsto PS4, Xbox One, or Switch. Of course, anything is possible, and there are one or twoSnowdrop engine gamesthat are available on past-gen consoles, such asTom Clancy’s The DivisionandThe Settlers: New Allies. However, given the graphical fidelity on display inStar Wars Outlaws, players limited to PS4, Xbox One, or Switch probably shouldn’t hold their breath.
Will Star Wars Outlaws Release on the Nintendo Switch Successor?
Early reports suggest thatNintendo’s upcoming consolemay well be powerful enough to run a graphically intensive game likeStar Wars Outlaws, making a Switch successor port a lot more likely than ports for past-gen consoles. However,there’s been no official word on whetherOutlawswill be ported to other platforms besides PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series, so those desperate to play it should do so on one of those if they have the option to do so.
