It seemsMarvelhas a specific character in mind to take center stage in their Multiverse Saga. Will they bring one character back from the dead?

Marvelalready has a jam-packed schedule up ahead with twoAvengersmovies planned for the next few years. Moreover, recent leaks suggest that one character will finally get the comeback many fans were hoping for.

Loki In Loki Season 2

In a recent Q&A Discord session, the industry insider Alex Perez revealed that Marvel might bring back a beloved character back to the MCU. According to the source, Marvel is planning to being back Loki to be “the centre” of their multiverse Saga. Not only that, Loki’s variant Sylvie will also play a big part alongside Loki, but her role will be more that of Black Widow inAvengers: Infinity WarandEndgame- minus the death part.

The last time Tom Hiddleston took on his iconic role as Loki in the MCU was in 2019’sEndgamewhere his 2012 variant appears and inadvertently sets the stage for his later standalone series. The original Loki, however, died heroically while sacrificing himself to save Thor during their battle against Thanos. Despite his demise, a version of Loki was brought back for two additional seasons of his Disney Plus series. Throughout the series, Loki not only sacrificed himself for those he loved but also ascended to a throne at the end of time, becoming the God of Stories. This throne allowed him to overseethe countless branches of the Sacred Timeline, taking over from He Who Remains and positioning himself for the impending Multiversal War.

With Loki’s redemption arc now complete, it seems Marvel is not ready to part ways with him just yet. While many fans had hoped for an announcement of a third season ofLoki, Marvel may instead plan to have him back for their upcoming Multiverse Saga, and as “the center of it all” at that. Although specifics remain undisclosed, it is speculated that his new role will play a crucial part in the two upcomingAvengersmovies. This potential development has been a topic of speculation among Marvel fans ever sincethe end ofLokiSeason 2.

Moreover, the source indicated thatanother character fromLokiis set for a comeback- Sylvie. The last we saw of her, she had survived the chaotic multiversal fallout. While Perez did not elaborate on the specifics of her role, he drew a comparison to Black Widow’s significant involvement in the last twoAvengersmovies, suggesting that Sylvie will have a similarly crucial role. Sylvie’s storyline had her planning to hunt down Kang variants, including Ravonna Renslayer. Perez mentioned that there were earlier indications that Ravonna might also return, but he now seems less certain about that possibility. WithKang being replaced by Doctor Doomas the main villain for theAvengers, it is possible that Kang’s variants may not play a major role as initially anticipated. However, it is worth noting that these leaks could ultimately be inaccurate, andMarvelmight have been deliberately misleading fans about future plot developments.
