Events and tournaments are an important part ofMonopoly GO. Scopely regularly adds new events to keep things fun for players. Treasure Hunt events, like Partner Events,happen often, where you have to dig to find hidden treasures.
The game has just received a new treasure digging event called Mermaid Treasures. It started onAug 30 and will last for four days until Sep 03. How To Play Mermaid Treasures Monopoly GO
Like all events, tycoons will have to reach board level five to unlock the Mermaid Treasures event. Once unlocked, you’re able to access it by clicking the ‘Pickaxe’ icon on the right side of your screen.
Just like other digging mini-games, you’ll need to use your Hammer or Pickaxe tokens to find treasures hidden under the grid. The event has 20 milestones, and if you complete them all, you can earn about 4,000 dice rolls, plus lots of Pickaxe tokens and sticker packs.
