Summary

In the world ofMy Hero Academia, heroes and villains exist. This has changed the trajectory of their seemingly normal world for years, and now crime rates are high, heroes organizations have been establishedto keep heroes in check, villainous organizations have also risen upbecause they want to get rid of the heroes, young kids with quirks are being trained to become heroes, and as they do that, they come up with heroes names and, more importantly, hero costumes that they will cling on to for most of their career as pro heroes.

It is important that these costumes are functional and complement the quirks of the heroes, making it easy to move from one scene to anotherwithout causing any hindrance. However, it should also be cool and stylish so that the upcoming kids who want to be heroes have someone to look up to. Unfortunately, some costumes should have never seen the light of day, but these heroes keep rocking them.

my-hero-academia-144-best-jeanist

7Tsunagu Hakamada - Fiber Hero: Best Jeanist

Moderation is key and there is something like too much denim, butBest Jeanist is not familiarwith that term, as the only place not covered with denim is his eyes, and if he did not need his eyes to see, those would have probably been covered with denim too. This pro-hero is dressed like this because ofhis fiber quirk and is known as the fiber master. His quirk allows him to freely manipulate all types of clothes, and denim is the easiest one to manipulate, and this makes sense as to why he is fully clad in denim.

His dressing might be a fashion red flag, butit is very practical and functionalwhen it comes to using his quirk, sohe gains points for that. In terms of how it might look to others, this costume might look awkward, overstyled, and less intimidating when compared to other heroes' costumes.

Eraser Head

6Shota Aizawa - Erasure Hero: Eraser Head

No Effort

Eraser Head, also known as Shota Aizawa, is a practical man who has a no-nonsense attitude and is very reserved. He hardly makes any effort except when it is absolutely necessary, and that isusually during a fightor training with his students. Additionally, his lack of effort can be seen in his hero costume, which consists of a black shirt, black pants, gold goggles, and binding clothes.

His hero costumes pretty much look like what he wears on a day-to-day basis, as they are plain and very simple. As there is no rule as to what a hero should and should not wear, heroes try their best to have an iconic costume, but Eraser Head could care less. His costume lacks functionality to a great extent, as they really cannot aid him during battle, except for his binding scarf, which also has the tendency to limit him as it can get entangled or grabbed by an opponent.

My Hero Academia Minoru Mineta

5Minoru Mineta - Fresh Picked Hero: Grape Juice

Childish, Impractical, And Unheroic

Mineta probably has fewer fans than most characters in theMy Hero Academicworld, andhe receives the most scrutiny, which, to an extent, he might deserve. His questionable character is still a topic that never dies, and it has drawn attention to everything about him, including his hero costume.

His costume consists of a purple helmet with sticky balls on it, which he uses to trap opponents. This helmet is quite convenient andcomplements his pop-off quirk. However, his bottom looks like diapers, and it is quite awkward to look at. This diaper bottom does not promote him as a hero to others, asit makes him look childishand unintimidating.

Yuga Aoyama using Navel Laser in My Hero Academia

4Yuga Aoyama - Shining Hero: Can’t Stop Twinkling

Flashy But Efficient

Yuga was born quirkless, but an encounter with All For One made his dreams of being a hero come true. After gettinghis laser quirkfrom All for One,Yuga went on to achieve his dreamof becoming a hero. His dreams becoming a reality meant that he was not going to joke with them, and he went above and beyond with costumes.

Yuga’s costume might look very flashy, but in reality, it is quite efficient as it helps him regulate the laser he shoots out of his navel. However, when it comes to a hero’s costume, one is drawn first by how it looks before getting into how functional it looks, and Yuga’s costume might be sore to look at. His costume consists of armor and a large belt that looks quite heavy and can affect his mobility. It is bright and might grab the attention of his opponents in a negative way.

Momo Yaoyorozu creating water bottles and tossing them to her friends in My Hero Academia

3Momo Yaoyorozu - Everything Hero: Creati

Exposed And Leaves Her Without Protection

Momo’s costume consists of a leotard that exposes her neck down to her navel. At first sight, this costume might not be appropriate, especially in the sense that it lacks protection. With her exposed skin, Momo is vulnerable to attacks that might not be as fatal if she had a shield or extra clots covering her exposed skin.

However, this exposed skin aids her creation quirk, as she needs constant contact with her skin tocreate objects that she can use during battle. Her costume is only part of the worst costumes because of how exposed to harm it makes her seem.

Mina_Ashido_shoots_her_acid

2Mina Ashido - Pinky

It Looks Very Unprofessional.

Mino’s quirk is acid, and this allows her to produce acid from her body. Acid is quite dangerous and can change the form of whatever it comes in contact with, but Mino’s costume protects her from the harsh effects that the acid can have on her body and clothes. As much as her costume is acid-proof, making it complement her quirk, it might not be the most fashionable or cool costume in theMy Hero Academiaworld.

Her costume consists of a tight green or maybe teal bodysuit that has purple splatters on it. She pairs it with a fur jacket, brown knee-high boots, and a mask. The pairing does not look good together, and it looks very childish and lacks a heroic appeal, but as long as it protects her from acid, she is good.

Anime Beastmasters- Koji Koda MHA

1Koji Koda - Petting Hero: Anima

Unintimidating And Casual

Koji is dangerously shy and would rather hidebehind the animals he controlsthan take the lead or even communicate with his peers. He makes minimal effort to come out of his shell, and this lack of effort also shows in his hero costume. Koda’s costume is shorts and a shirt, so simple, very casual, and unprofessional for a hero.

In as much as his costume matches his personality, it is important that a level of thought and carefulness be added so as not to diminish one’s status as a hero. Koji’s costume does not have any special features that complement his quirk.
