The ‘dragons’ of Natlan are unlike any other creature you’d find in Teyvat. As descendants of a mighty species, they have evolved into what we see today, adorable beasts that work hand in hand with the people of Natlan inGenshin Impact.
The six tribes of Natlan each have Saurians, who have been their closest companions since the birth of the nation. As of Version 5.0 inGenshin Impact, players are only introduced to 3 tribes and their respective saurians. These are the same Saurians players can find in the overworld and farm if they need fang materials. There are over 150 of them and this guide will be showing you the best route available.
“Children of Echoes” Saurian Locations
From the Statue of Seven and down the canyon, there are plenty of Saurians lingering around. Keep in mind, that when you teleport to the Statue, head up the cliff in front of you to get the first one, then fly back down and there will be a Tepetlisaurus Saurian digging it in the corner.
After doing so, fly through the canyon to find some Tepetlisaurus on either side of the cliff. Further down the road and towards the water is where you’ll spot the Yumkasaurus. Follow the water all the way until the next Statue of Seven to encounter all of them.
Tepeacac Rise Saurian Locations
Below the “Children of Echoes” tribe, you have Tepeacac Rise, a mountainous region with a few Saurians around. Most of them are Tepetlisaurus, which easily blend into the mountainous background. you may use either the main waypoint in the middle of the region or the domain to reach these Saurians.
Ancestral Temple Saurian Locations
Ancestral Temple is near the Scions of the Canopy and though there are many Saurians inside the temple, there are quite a few on either side of the cliffs. They range from the Tepetlisaurus to the Yumkasaurus.
Teticpac Peak Saurian Locations
Teleport to the waypoint east of Teticpac Peak and you’ll find Saurians at the top and bottom of the cliff area. There will also be some Yumkasaurus near these ruins, so just head inside the run around to find them all.
“Scions of the Canopy” Saurian Locations
There are a few Saurians near this tribe and can only be found if you head below the canopy.
Ameyalco Waters/ “People of the Springs” Saurian Locations
Most of the Ameyalco Waters areaonly has the Koholasaurus. you may head around the springs from the Statue of Seven and find them swimming around.
Stadium Of The Sacred Flame Saurian Locations
Around the cliffs in front of the Stadium of the Sacred Flame, there are a few Yumkausaurus around. You can reach them by using the teleport waypointnorthof the Ameyalco Waters. Next, head to the waypoint northwest of the Statue of Seven in the area, and run behind the stadium to find some Saurians there as well.
Huitztli Hill Saurian Locations
Towards the far west of the map is Huitztli Hill and despite it being thehome of the Goldflame Qucusaur Tyrant, it also has quite a few Saurians in the area. You can teleport to the main waypoint west of the area and follow the indicators to find each of the Saurians. A majority of them are Yumkasaurs.
Sulfurous Veins Saurian Locations
From the cliffs of Huitztli Hill, players can head down into the Sulfurous Veins below them and find some Saurians lingering around. There will mainly be Tepetlisaurus, so just make sure to teleport below into the caves as most of them will be there digging.
Players need to keep in mind that the Yumkasaurs move around a lot and are not always in the designated spot. So just run around the area and you’ll be able to eventually find them.
