Out of these,Donkey Kong Country,Pokemon Legends, andMetroid Prime 4are all releasing in 2025, while the rest will be released one month at a time in 2024.

First up isEmio - The Smiling Man: Famicom Detective Club, a visual novel adventure game that’s set to launch on August 29.Zelda: Echoes of Wisdomwill follow on September 26, whileSuper Mario Party Jamboree’s release date is set for October 17.Mario & Luigi: Brothershipis coming out on November 17, andDonkey Kong Country Returns HDhas nailed down a January 16 release date.Pokemon Legends: Z-AandMetroid Prime 4are currently without specific release dates or even real release windows, but the latter is expected to be out at some point in the second half of 2025.
TheMetroid Prime 4release windowwas potentially narrowed down by the same Nintendo financial report, which indicated that the game was set for the next fiscal year, ending in March 2026. This has led fans to the conclusion thatMetroid Prime 4will be released at some point between April 2025 and December 2025, barring any unexpected delays, of course. Regardless, Nintendo is ensuring that the Switch goes out with a bang, and it will be exciting to see what else the home console/handheld hybrid has in store in the months ahead.
