Redditor Z7_309 shared the bizarreSkyrimvideo, in which they die in the immediate aftermath of performing a killmove on a Draugr. It almost seems as though they’re being punished by the game for the killmove, even if it’s unlikely this is actually the case. One user in the thread joked, “You had a heart attack from the thrill of victory.” To top off the weird clip, it ends with aSkyrimCollege of Winterholdquest being started out of nowhere.
Weird Skyrim Glitch Kills Player After Killmove
It was generally agreed in the thread that this had happened because of an unfortunateSkyrimglitch. They had already been dealt the killing blow by the attacking Draugr, but the killmove had already begun.Skyrimdoesn’t interrupt killmove animations for any reason, in this case, death. Despite this explanation for the killmove issue, very few have solid theories about why the College of Winterhold quest began after death, making this an unsolved mystery in this case.
