Starting the Quest

Finding the First Document: the Environmental Security Records
To locate the first document, you mustreach the Lighthouse on a ship, just off the coast. You can use two methods to reach your destination:
You’ll find the first document placedat the front end of the ship.
Finding the Second Document: Army Records
You’ll locate the second document at theRosetta Army Base. However, you must solve anoptical puzzle(located at the side of a building within the Base) to access this document.Match the picture on the building with its other half(located on the shipping container). Once the picture aligns perfectly, apath will appear. Go inside to claim your second document.
Finding the Third Document: Medical Record
You’ll acquire the third document on thefirst floor of Rosetta Laboratory. Here, you’ll find a computer that brings up yetanother puzzle. Solve it byrotating the pieces until they align perfectlywith each other.
The final document will present itself after successful completion of the puzzle.
Completing the Quest
The next step involvesheading toMeyer’s Marketand looking for Claire or Maxieand handing them the documents.
It doesn’t matter who you give it to from the above-mentioned characters, either one will complete the quest and reward you with the same items.
