According to leaks,Honkai: Star Railis rumored to implement a new Path switching mechanicin Version 3.0. It will reportedly allow players to switch between Paths for existing characters, which could indicate thatHonkai: Star Railmight release more character variants in the future.

Returning Honkai: Star Rail Characters Could Have Renewed Identities

Honkai: Star RailVersion 3.0 will be an exciting update because it will supposedly debut the fourth world,Amphoreus, which is rumored to have Greek and Roman inspirations. If the scale of the Penacony update is any indication for the next major update, Amphoreus might be even bigger than previous worlds, featuring more innovative gameplay mechanics, such as Path switching.
