7Shanks
Became The Youngest Yonko
Shanks is one ofthe Four Emperors of the Sea. He started his journey of becoming a pirate fairly early. Shanks was an apprentice on the ship of Gol D. Roger, who entrusted him with the Straw Hat. After Roger passed away, Shanks started recruiting people for his own crew.
Not long after he formed a crew, Shanks’s popularity began to rise. He was fighting Dracule Mihawk, the strongest swordsman in the world. The news of their battles spread far and wide. Naturally, the World Government would have caught a whiff of his triumphs, and it wouldn’t have wasted any time assigning him a bounty of over 100 million berries.
6Whitebeard
Gained The Reputation Of The Strongest Man In The World
In the past, Whitebeard sailed with the Rocks Pirates. The crew was led by Rocks D. Xebec, who prioritized strength over everything else. So, it is likely that Whitebeard had already made a name for himself before he joined the crew.
Whitebeard was a behemoth who had insanely strong Haki and Devil Fruit. The combination of the two made him a force to be reckoned with. A pirate of his caliber would have no problem amassing a bounty of well over 100 million berries. After hejoined the Rocks Pirates,his bounty would have increased at a rapid pace.

Almost Unbeatable In A 1v1
Kaido was exposed to battles when he was still a kid. His strength impressed everyone around him, but it came to bite him later. Kaido was treated as an expensive weapon of mass destruction, and people knew that he could be sold for hundreds of millions.
After running awayfrom the World Government,Kaido ultimately ended up on Hachinosu, where he started a new adventure with the Rocks Pirates. Considering the fact that he was an immensely talented fighter who sailed with the most notorious pirate crew of that era, it is clear that Kaido would have been a Supernova. With time, his skills only improved and, after a certain point, he became one of the most noteworthy pirates in the world.
4Marco
Became Whitebeard’s Right-Hand Man
Marco joined the Whitebeard Pirates as an apprentice. He had already consumed the Tori Tori no Mi, Model: Phoenix, and had some level of control over it. Despite his age, Marco was fearless, and always ready to fight.
Not much is known about Marco’s early days, but it is safe to assume that he slowly became an integral part of the crew. As amember of the Whitebeard Pirates, it wouldn’t be too surprising if Marco’s bounty crossed the 100 million mark within a few years of sailing.
3Dracule Mihawk

Dracule Mihawk holds the title of the strongest swordsman in the world. He presumably claimed the title while he was still very young. Mihawk has always yearned for a challenge, so it is safe to say that he fought against the big names of his era.
Mihawk was also known for hunting down Marines, which led to his epithet “Navy Hunter.” To curb his actions, Mihawk was offered a place within the Shichibukai, which he accepted. While Mihawk is not a regular pirate with a crew, he is still treated as one. Given his actions against the Navy, Mihawk’s bounty would easily be above 100 million berries.
2Boa Hancock
The World Government Acknowledged Her After Just One Voyage
Boa Hancock had a tough childhood. She and her sisters were taken captive by the Celestial Dragons. The three were forcibly fed Devil Fruits so that they would serve as entertainment for the residents of Marijoa. Thankfully, Fisher Tiger rescued them from imminent death.
After returning to Amazon Lily, they joined the Kuja Pirates. When Hancock became the captain, she was able to land a bounty of 80 million berries just after her first adventure. The World Government considered Hancock a massive threat, and offered her aplace among the Shichibukai. She accepted the proposal, which resulted in her bounty being frozen. Despite her bounty not reaching 100 million berries, Hancock should be considered a Supernova as she took the world by storm.

Gol D. Roger is one of the most well-known characters inOne Piece. From the flashbacks, it seems that Roger started his journey when he was an adult. He approached Rayleigh with the proposal of starting a crew and changing the world.
Considering the fact that Roger was getting involved with some of the most notable pirates of his time, he would have gained a high bounty in no time.
