One PieceEpisode 1113 lifted the curtain on one of the biggest mysteries. After months of waiting, fans learned the reason behind Koby’s kidnapping. Blackbeard stated that he took Koby as a prisoner because he wanted to strike a deal with the World Government for the formation of his own country. The Yonko wanted to turn Hachinosu into a World Government-affiliated nation, which would grant him special status such as attending the Reverie.
However, his plans came to a halt when he found that Koby was a member of SWORD, a special group of the Marines. All members of SWORD are free to do what they want without having to seek permission from higher-ups. In return, the Marines would not be responsible for their actions, and they could abandon them without any second thought. This meant that nobody from the Marines would come to rescue Koby. Luckily, the Marine Captain had many people who cared about him, and they were willing to risk their lives to save him.One of themwas Kujaku.

Kujaku is thegranddaughter of Vice Admiral Tsuru. Kujaku is a Rear Admiral who was stationed at G-14 alongside Prince Grus and other notable Marines. She is also a member of SWORD, which makes her one of the few Marines who have the freedom to do whatever they want. InOne PieceEpisode 1113, fans saw Kujaku attacking some buildings with her whip, and commanding them to move. Surprisingly, the buildings did get out of the way. The only plausible reason behind this unnatural phenomenon is that Kujaku is a Devil Fruit user. She likely ate a Devil Fruit that allows her to command others, even inanimate objects. The name of the Devil Fruit is yet to be revealed, but it is very likely a Paramecia-type.

All these characters are young and do not have much fighting experience. Garp would have liked to bring some veterans, as it would give him an advantage against the pirates. Unfortunately,Koby’s status as a member of SWORDmeant that it wasn’t possible. Looking at both parties side by side, the Blackbeard Pirates have the numerical advantage. The best course of action would be to launch a massive attack on the enemies to create a distraction, allowing the rest of the Marines to rescue Koby and take him away from the island. If they linger for too long, the pirates will be able to recover, after which it will be nearly impossible to catch them off-guard again.
