Fans have seen quite a lot of incredible Devil Fruits inOne Pieceover the years. Given that Devil Fruits form the primary power system ofOne Piece, Oda has revealed a plethora of them, some of which are overpowered, while others are either just average, or underwhelming.
Of course, among the overpowered ones, there are some that offer an incredibly unfair advantage in battle. In fact, these are Devil Fruits that break the laws of nature, in some way or form, and essentially ensure that their user wins their battles, nine times out of 10.

8Hito Hito no Mi, Model: Nika
The Hito Hito no Mi, Model: Nika, in its normal state, isn’t special and wouldn’t even qualify as an overpowered ability. It is the awakening of this fruit that brings out its true nature. This fruit essentially gives one incredible freedom and the ability to do just about anything. Luffy can even bend reality itself, and the only thing limiting the powers of this Devil Fruit is the imagination of the user.
The current user of the Nika fruit is none other than the protagonist of the series, Luffy. This Devil Fruit certainly gives him an unfair advantage in battle, given that he possesses the grandest of all imaginations and he can bend the laws of nature as he wants.
7Uo Uo no Mi, Model: Seiryuu
When it comes to raw strength, few Devil Fruits are as incredible as Kaido’s Uo Uo no Mi, Model: Seiryuu. This fruit allows him to transform into an Eastern Dragon. The biggest power of this Devil Fruit is that it gives him nine impenetrable scales. The strongest of attacks struggle to get past Kaido’s defenses.
Only attacks that are charged with Conqueror’s Haki Infusion, or possess power on a similar scale, can do lasting damage past these majestic scales, and that limits the people who can even scratch him in the first place, let alone defeat him. On top of everything, Kaido has elemental manipulation that comes with his Devil Fruit. It also offers him tremendous physical ability, and all his attributes are boosted to a sky-high level.
6Gura Gura no Mi
The Gura Gura no Mi is said to have the power to destroy the entire world. It can create quakes out of thin air, set off Tsunamis, sink islands, and just about do anything.
This power is so dangerous that it can essentially be compared to an Ancient Weapon in itself. This Devil Fruit is incredibly dangerous to come up against in battle and that is what makes it special.
5Mero Mero no Mi
The Mero Mero no Mi might not be as straightforward as others, when it comes to how it offers a great advantage, but it is certainly one of the most dangerous ones inOne Piece. In fact, it is so dangerous that even Blackbeard coveted this ability.
Essentially,this ability allows Hancock, its current user, to petrify just about anyone and anything. A common misconception is that Hancock can utilize this ability on just those who are attracted to her or find her beautiful in any way or form. However, she can also utilize this power on inanimate objects and those that are not attracted to her. Petrification is quite literally unavoidable when someone is facing the user of the Mero Mero no Mi, which makes it one of the most dangerous Devil Fruits to exist in One Piece.
4Magu Magu no Mi
The Magu Magu no Miis a Logia type of Devil Fruitand certainly one of the strongest in One Piece. Oda has already confirmed its status as a fruit with the offensive power of the highest order, which makes it very special. It essentially allows the user to manipulate magma and produce it as they will.
It also offers them intangibility, and even a single hit from this fruit, if landed directly, can lead to death in most cases, regardless of how strong the enemy is.
3Soru Soru no Mi
The Soru Soru no Mi is a Paramecia type of ability that belongsto none other than Big Mom.This Devil Fruit allows her to manipulate souls however she wants. Essentially, those who fear Big Mom even in the slightest can die in a single shot without her even doing anything.
This includes 99% of the enemies that she faces. Those with very strong willpower who can withstand her and are not scared of her even in the slightest can withstand her Soul Pocus. However, she can still defeat them using her powerful soul manipulation abilities. Big Mom can even consume souls and gain strength, as has been shown in the story, which is what makes this fruit very dangerous.
2Toshi Toshi no Mi
Toshi Toshi no Mi, a unique power, much like the Nika fruit, is just as good as its user. Essentially, this fruit allows the user to take any future that they can imagine, only as long as they know that it is within the realms of possibilities. Essentially, as long as the user has belief, they can transform into just about anything.
This means that they can manifest other Devil Fruit powers, or even abilities of other races. The user can evenbecome mythical gods, such as Nika, and all of this depends on how strong the belief of the user is in these things. If the belief waivers, the transformation cannot take place. However, as long as the user believes, they are almost invincible.
1Yami Yami no Mi
Of course, the Devil Fruit that nullifies the powers of other Devil Fruits has to be on here, and the Yami Yami no Mi is incredibly overpowered in its own way. Although it is a Logia type of Devil Fruit, it does not offer intangibility to the user.
This fruit is very specialas it allows Blackbeard to control darkness at will.This darkness sucks in just about everything, even light itself. It also sucks in the powers of other Devil Fruit users, leaving them defenseless against Blackbeard.
