In the episode, fans learned the whereabouts of Captain Koby, who had been kidnapped by Blackbeard from Amazon Lily. Koby was taken prisoner as Blackbeard considered him essential to his plans.

In Episode 1113, it was revealed that Koby was rescued by none other than Perona, the Ghost Princess. Despite not having made many appearances since the time-skip, fans were excited to see her. Perona’s design hasn’t been altered too much, but it remains as eye-catching as ever. In order to obtain the key, Perona used her Devil Fruit powers. The two pirates were no match for her Horo Horo no Mi, and they relinquished the keys. As Perona wandered around the prison, she found Koby inside a cell. She recognized him and immediately made a lucrative offer.

Perona told her that he needed to help her find Gecko Moria in exchange for his freedom. Her proposition flummoxed Koby, but he knew that time was running out. So he accepted the proposal and regained his freedom. Subsequently, he freed the other slaves who were being heldcaptive by the Blackbeard Pirates.

Perona’s appearance in the episode was brief, and as a result, it was not revealed whether Perona managed to accomplish her goal. However, she would never leave Hachinosu unless she found Gecko Moria. She respects Moria and would go out of her way to ensure that no harm comes to him. This is evident from her dedication to sail the treacherous waters of the New World to find her captain.
If Perona rescued Gecko Moria, the two will likely make an appearance in future arcs. Oda has kept Moria in the loop by having him in multiple arcs, albeit in very limited roles. One of the many ways that the author could use them is by making them join an organization.

If Gecko Moria and Perona managed to safely escape, they should head to Buggy’s location. It has already been confirmed that Buggy is the leader of Cross Guild, which is the biggest threat to the Marines. The Cross Guild did the unthinkable by putting bounties on the heads of the Marines, causing them to be hunted by regular folks, criminals, and pirates. For this reason, the Marines are at more risk than ever. They cannot trust anyone but themselves.
The Cross Guild is still growing, and it needs more powerful members. Currently, Crocodile and Dracule Mihawk are the only two strong fighters within the organization. If they were to tussle with the crew of a Yonko, they would be completely obliterated. To solve this issue, the Cross Guild can recruit more people. With Crocodile and Mihawk among their ranks, the Cross Guild seems like apromising destination for many pirates.

There Are Many Pirates Who Might Side With The Organization
Gecko Moria and Perona aren’t the only two characters who would thrive in the Cross Guild. In fact, there are many others who need to join the organization to become more relevant to the story. Donquixote Doflamingo would be a great addition to the Cross Guild. Not only is he strong, but he is also a cunning individual. Doflamingo’s role in the Dressrosa proved that he could fight and concoct plans. Previously, Doflamingo had invited Crocodile to work with him, but the latter turned him down. While the circumstances are not ideal, this could be the chance for them to work together.
Boa Hancock is another character who will take the Cross Guild to another level. She is one of the strongest characters in the world and anyone would be lucky to have her on their crew. The only problem is that Hancock would not be subservient to another person, but she could join for the sake of Amazon Lily. The World Government is aware of her strength, and it wouldn’t want to let her roam free. Since its last attempt failed, it will send more people to capture. If she were to join the Cross Guild, Amazon Lily would comeunder the safety of Buggy,who is a Yonko. This will keep Amazon Lily safe from any potential harm.
A wildcard entry for the Cross Guild would be Enel.The former god of Skypieatraveled to the moon where he saved the natives, after which he became their leader. Despite having achieved his goal, Enel is just too good of a character to not appear in the story. He will not have a separate arc of his own, so it makes more sense for him to be included in the story by making him ally with one of the main characters of the Final Saga.
