One PieceEpisode 1114 started with Koby trying to escape the pirates. However, he ran out of space and was eventually surrounded. The pirates were ready to kill Koby and claim the 500 million Beri bounty on his head. After they opened fire, the bullets turned into flowers. Confounded, they began to find out what went wrong.
Ultimately, it was revealed that Hibari had fired special bullets that turn ammunition into flowers. While the pirates were bamboozled, Kujaku began to use her Devil Fruit ability to move the buildings to trap the pirates. Prince Grus used his Gunyo Gunyo no Mi to create puppets that kept the pirates busy. When all preparations were made, Grus contacted Tashigi, who then relayed the information to Monkey D. Garp.

Monkey D. Garp Makes His Presence Known On Hachinosu
As soon as Garp got the confirmation, he launchedhis ship towards Hachinosu. While he was still airborne, Garp collected himself and used his Haki to unleash a devastating attack. He dubbed the attack Galaxy Impact, and it nearly obliterated an entire town on Hachinosu. The onlookers were flabbergasted after seeing Garp’s strength. They couldn’t believe that a single attack would cause so much damage to the island. However, the Vice Admiral was not satisfied with the outcome. He knew that he could do much better.

Garp also made it clear that he believed that Koby was the future of the Marines, a comment which did not sit well with Prince Grus. The Rear Admiral stated that he would drag Koby down, which showed his jealousy towardshis fellow SWORD member. With the pirates in disarray, Koby and Hibari headed towards the ship to get off the island. Everything was going well until Hibari was frozen solid. This was Kuzan’s doing, who had joined the Blackbeard Pirates during the time-skip.

As a member of the Blackbeard Pirates, it was Kuzan’s job to prevent any kind of chaos in Hachinosu. While he was unable to stop Garp from destroying the town, he did not waste any time in preventing Koby’s escape.
The former Admiral stated that he could not let Teach’s important prisoner leave the island. Koby tried to reason with Kuzan, but Garp told him to stop as it was futile. Towards the end of the episode, it was revealed that Kuzan had met Blackbeard on an island in the New World. He was attacked by themembers of the Blackbeard Pirates, but he froze three of them easily. Unfortunately, the episode ended before disclosing any more details.

The Mentor Faces His Old Student In A Battle That Could Change The World
Presently,Kuzan is the only memberof the Blackbeard Pirates who can stand his ground against Garp. The latter mentored him when he was still a young Marine, but it doesn’t look like any love is lost between the two. Kuzan has no intention of letting Garp get off the island along with Koby, so the former Admiral will try everything in his power to stop it from happening. After witnessing Garp’s power, fans know that the Vice Admiral is no pushover and his attacks can easily level a town. However, Kuzan is not a weakling either. While he did lose to Akainu, it is important to remember that Kuzan was at an elemental disadvantage, yet he still managed to drag the fight for ten whole days. This feat is only possible if Kuzan’s Haki is absurd.
While the mentor and student will be fighting each other, the Blackbeard Pirates will not sit back. The Titanic Captains on Hachinosu will also get involved and try to sabotage the Marines' rescue operation. So far, it has been confirmed that Avalo Pizarro, Sanjuan Wolf, Shiryu, and Vasco Shot are all on the island. They are all veterans who have participated in many fights before, and their experience could help them turn the tables. If the Marines are unable to hold off the Blackbeard Pirates, then Garp could be cornered. The Blackbeard Pirates will not hesitate to play dirty, so they will gang up against the Vice Admiral.
