Sabo is the chief of staffof the Revolutionary Army, making him the right-hand man of Dragon. Despite joining the Revolutionary Army in bizarre circumstances, Sabo has become an ardent believer in the group’s goal, which is why he doesn’t hesitate to put his life on the line.
Due to his actions, Sabo’s popularity has increased drastically, and people around the world call him “Flame Emperor.” This goes to show that he is just as famous as Dragon. With the support of so many people behind him, Sabo is among the most important players in the Final Saga of One Piece.
6Shanks
Affiliation: Red Hair Pirates
Shanks is thecaptain of the Red Hair Piratesand one of the strongest characters in One Piece. While he is easygoing most of the time, Shanks' mood can turn immediately if someone threatens those close to him.
Initially, Shanks did not pursue the One Piece, but in the Wano arc, he made it clear that he would claim it. Shanks most likely has three Road Poneglyphs, which is the same number as Luffy and Blackbeard. There is also a chance that Shanks knows the location of the final Road Poneglyph, as he has close ties to Elbaf, which many believe holds the steele.
5Monkey D. Luffy
Affiliation: Straw Hat Pirates
Monkey D. Luffy is the main protagonist of the story. Since his childhood, Luffy has expressed his desire to become the Pirate King, and currently, he is extremely close to realizing that dream. With his victory over Kaido, Luffy found the third Road Poneglyph. One of the main advantages Luffy has over the rest of his rivals is that he has Nico Robin, who can decipher the Poneglyphs without any problems.
Luffy’s crew has also grown powerful, and they are almost done with theirmission on Egghead Island, after which they will be able to go to their next destination. If Luffy somehow finds the final Road Poneglyph before everyone else, he could easily go to Laugh Tale.
4Monkey D. Dragon
Monkey D. Dragon is the leader of the Revolutionary Army. He founded the organization after witnessing the Ohara massacre, which resulted in the deaths of hundreds of innocent people. Dragon’s goal is to topple the evil leadersof the World Government, making the world a better place to live in.
Dragon has not been heavily involved in the story, but since all the big names are making a move, it seems likely that Dragon will follow suit. He is known around the world, and there is no doubt that many kingdoms will ally with him to upend the rule of the Celestial Dragons.
3Imu

As the sovereign of the world, it would be foolish to rule out Imu from playing an important role in the future of One Piece. According to the information revealed so far, Imu is likely a member of the Nerona family, which was one of the founding members of the World Government.
Ivankov also suggested that Imu might be immortal and has been alive since the Void Century. This conjecture is supported by the fact that the Five Elders look to Imu for guidance. They act on Imu’s commands, and they see to it that they are completed without fail.

Sakazuki’s new role means that he is responsible for the life of every single Marine, and it is his job to ensure that there are no criminals run amok. Sakazuki has already expressed his desire to eradicate each one of them, so he won’t just stand by and let pirates and other criminals have their way.
1Blackbeard

Blackbeard is a cruel and cunning man who only makes a move when the odds are in his favor. So far, his strategies have worked almost every single time. Like the other Yonko,Blackbeard is also in contentionfor the One Piece. The Yonko has already defeated Trafalgar Law on Winner Island, which landed him the two Road Poneglyphs.
Blackbeard likely ordered Kuzan and Van Augur to steal the third one from Whole Cake Island along with their mission to kidnap Charlotte Pudding, who is a member of the Three-Eyed Tribe. It is said that the members of this tribe can read Poneglyphs once they awaken their full power. When fans last saw her, she had not unlocked the ability, but it is possible that things have changed since then.
