She seemingly even had a white contact lens in one eye to fully sell the look of Reinhardt’s battle scar, but had to remove it prior to taking photos.
As the fans continued to praise her highly detailed costume, the cosplayer confirmed that she made the entire thing herself, and provided some more details about its design elements. The helmet, which is lined with foam to make it more wearable, can reportedly be attached to the base of the costume with magnets to prevent it from shifting and contains a lens made from repurposed sunglasses.
The cosplayer did not provide any details on how long the outfit took to put together, or how much the materials may have cost, but she did mention another outfit she’d made in the past based onBrigitte from the originalOverwatch. In any case, her latest creation has proved popular among fans, as her post garnered over 600 upvotes in just a few hours, earning itself a spot on the community’s trending tab.
