As the second-year teacher of Panda at Tokyo Jujutsu High, Atsuya Kusakabe is responsible for the student during the Shibuya Incident arc, where Kusakabe and Panda are paired with each other during the commotion. While on their mission together, Panda and Kusakabe act as a buddy cop duo, traversing Shibuya, leading to the pair getting in the thick of the action, involving a moment withthe king of curses, Sukuna.
Despite Kusakabe’s brave face, the swordsman tries to steer Panda clear of the danger zone, although danger finds them in the case of enemy Jujutsu Sorcerers and Sukuna, nearly costing the pair their lives.
7Satoru Gojo
Teacher Of Panda And The Most Powerful Jujutsu Sorcerer Alive
The great and almighty Gojo was Panda’s first-year teacher, with their year together being depicted inJujutsu Kaisen 0. Both Panda and Gojo have many similarities, with the pair being comic relief characters while also being juniors to Masamichi Yaga,Panda’s creator, and Gojo’s former teacher.
In Tokyo Jujutsu High, Panda values Gojo and his strength, although he does find the eccentric to be a confusing individual. When Suguru Geto attacks Yuta Okkotsu and Maki Zenin, Gojo sends Panda and Toge Inumaki back to Tokyo Jujutsu High to deal with the threat, having complete faith in his students.

Ever Positive Protagonist That Is Joyous Like Panda
The protagonist ofJJK, Yuji Itadori, immediately becomes friends with Panda, partly due to the joyous and positive outlook on life the pair share. While at Tokyo Jujutsu High, Panda and Yuji compete together in the Kyoto Sister School Goodwill Event, with Panda and his classmates valuing Yuji’s contribution to their team.
Due to the low numbers of first and second-year students, both year groups are very close, which leads to Yuji and Panda becoming great friends. Despite this, Panda sees firsthand the danger ofYuji being the vessel of Sukuna, with Sukuna nearly killing Panda in the Shibuya Incident arc.

Calm And Calculating Individual Who Gets On With Panda
Despite having opposing personalities, Panda and Megumi Fushiguro get along while attending Tokyo Jujutsu High as Jujutsu Sorcerer students. Despite being fellow students who have known each other for a significant period, Megumi finds Panda to be a lazy individual, often seen clowning around with Inumaki far too much for Megumi’s liking.
InJJK, Panda keeps his eye out for his classmates and junior students, with Panda coming to Megumi’s rescue when the first-year studentis attacked by Aoi Todo, the grade 1 Jujutsu Sorcerer from Kyoto Jujutsu High.
4Nobara Kugisaki
Hot-Headed First Year That Has Fun With Panda
Out of all the first years,Nobara Kugisaki is the most fiery and ferocious student, with the Jujutsu Sorcerer forming a friendship full of banter with Panda. During the Kyoto Sister School Goodwill Event, Nobara and Panda work in tandem to tease and torment Momo Nishimiya, a Kyoto Jujutsu High student who competes against Panda and Nobara’s team.
In an edition of Juju Stroll, Panda is shown to be teasing Nobara alongside Inumaki, with their relationship being full of fun and banter that makes them a close-knit duo.
3Maki Zenin
Headstrong Classmate Of Panda
As a member of the Zenin Clan, Maki endured a rough upbringing, which shaped her personality, with Panda seeing her persona up close as a classmate at Tokyo Jujutsu High. When Maki and Yuta are attacked by Geto inJujutsu Kaisen 0, Panda, alongside Inumaki, is tasked with saving their classmates, even in a dire situation that sees them come up against a special-grade sorcerer in Geto.
DespitePanda and Maki’s differing personalities, the pair count on each other when their backs are against the wall, staying loyal even in dangerous situations.

Panda’s care for his classmate is shown when he and Inumaki attempt to rescue Yuta and Maki from the clutches of Geto at Tokyo Jujutsu High, risking their lives to protect their classmates in the process.

Silent Sorcerer Who Is Panda’s Best Friend
The cursed speech userInumaki is the closest person to Panda, with the pair becoming great friends while classmates at Tokyo Jujutsu High. Panda and Inumaki are found to be inseparable wherever they go, goofing off frequently to the dismay of others, such as Megumi and Maki. Even when out on missions, the pair are often put together, with Panda and Inumaki being selected to stop Geto’s terrorist attack in Shinjuku.
When Gojo realizes Yuta and Maki are in danger back at school, Panda and Inumaki head back to Tokyo Jujutsu High together, taking on Geto as a tandem using their incredible chemistry.
