While the event boosted the odds of getting a shiny Lucario, several fans have been quite disappointed as they were not able to encounter a shiny Pokemon even after taking part in several raids. Some players who got their hands on the elusive shiny variant ended up with bad IV values, which made their Lucario not a viable one for battles. Considering that both raids and eggs have an IV floor, and Riolu or Lucario isn’t available in the wild, this is the rarest variant inPokemon GO.
