They shared a screenshot showing their 2km egg received on Jul 12, 2025, in Berkeley, U.S.A. A fourth trainer revealed they were about tohatch aPokemon GOeggfrom July 14 of the same year, but didn’t note which Pokemon they got.

This month, players have the chance to hatch Larvesta, one ofPokemon GO’s rarest Pokemon, into eggs of all distances. Other notable examples include Togepi and Pichu (2 km eggs), Sprigatito, Quaxly and Fuecoco (5 km eggs), Frigibax and Jangmo-o (10 km eggs), and Larvitar (12 km eggs).
