InRe:Zero, Puck and Subaru have a healthy and functioning relationship, which sees Puck helping Subaru when in need, although, in one of the timelines where Subaru dies, Puck is the one to kill Subaru as he lets Emilia perish, causing Puck toturn into the Beast of the End.

When Subaru first finds himself in trouble inRe:Zero, the character recruits the knight of Lugunica, Reinhard Van Astrea, to help save his life, leading to an eventual friendship. As the strongest character inRe:Zero, Reinhard saves Subaru with ease ashe emerges victorious against Elsa Granhiert, showing his strength and loyalty.
Reinhard and Subaru become great friends despite their differing attitudes and levels of chivalry, with Reinhard keeping an eye out for Subaru when the protagonist becomes Emilia’s knight when she vies to become queen of Lugunica.

Stubborn Follower Of Echidna That Subaru Helps Break Out Of Their Shell
Like Puck, Beatrice is a spiritcreated by Echidna hundreds of years beforethe current events ofRe:Zero. Often found to be contained in the Forbidden Library in Roswaal’s Manor, Beatrice is an introverted character who holds out for someone for over 400 years to release her from her vow, with Subaru being the one to break Beatrice from her contract and help her move on from her trajectory.
Despite the pair often bickering and arguing, a sense of trust is developed between Beatrice and Subaru, with their development making them great friends.
3Otto Suwen
Friendly Merchant That Cares For Subaru
As a merchant, Otto Suwen joins Subaruwhen the protagonist recruits himin his quest to save his friends. Despite finding Subaru to be trouble early on, Otto and Subaru begin to blossom into a great friendship, with each relying on the other in life-or-death situations.
When Subaru battles against Roswaal in the Sanctuary, the Book of Wisdom does not account for Otto, who makes crucial contributions to help his friend Subaru emerge victorious. After Subaru wallows in self-pity during his battle in the Sanctuary, Otto is the one to set Subaru straight, showing that he can rely on others to help him on his journey.

Maid Who Learns To Love Subaru
Initially suspicious of Subaru and his intentions, Rem grows to become great friends with Subaru, even going as far as to declare her feelings for the character. While working at Roswaal Manor, Rem’s suspicions of Subaru lead to the character attempting to kill the protagonist.
However, after Subaru returns by death, he saves Rem while trying to save the children of Arlam Village, leading to Rem warming to Subaru despite her initial concerns. To rectify his errors,Subaru endures and sacrifices everythingto save Emilia and their relationship, leading to the pair becoming closer than ever, with Subaru confessing his undivided love to Emilia in the Sanctuary.
