The team behind the project had originally been planning to introduce trading this weekend: a feature that players have been requesting for quite some time now. Unfortunately, however, mere hours before trading was scheduled to go live, the developers took to Discord to announce that the update would need to be postponed for another week due to the last-minute discovery of anitem duplication bug. That’s not the only thing that they announced though.
TheBlade Ballteam is offering a bounty of up to 2,800,000 Robux to the first person who finds and reports a working duplication bug in the game’s test server, where the aforementioned update has already been pushed live. If purchased legitimately, 2,800,000 Robux would cost players an eye-watering $10,000 USD, which just goes to show how keen the developers are to get all the bugs ironed out in a timely fashion. It also gives an idea of just how profitable asuccessfulRobloxgamecan be, with the platform reportedly paying out just shy of $750 million to creators in 2023 alone.

At the time of writing, there are more than eight million people logged on and playing games, many of which include monetization. Assuming they can get everything working as intended, theBlade Balldevelopers now plan on releasing the trading update next weekend alongside a new Cyber-themed battle pass. As for this weekend, players can still look forward to a special double luck event as well as some new limited edition swords, explosions, and effects. For the next seven days, they can alsoredeem a specialBlade Ballcode(DELAYBALL) to get a free developer sword, although, for whatever reason, this will only work while playing the game on private servers.
