Ubatcha surmised that the banner might be divided into a main banner featuring the new 5-star character and their signature Light Cone, and a “sub banner” featuring a switchable group of 5-star rerun characters and their Light Cones.
How the Rumored New Honkai: Star Rail Banner System Works
In another tweet, Ubatcha added that the rumored sub banner would allowHonkai: Star Railplayers to choose from three rerun characters that will be prioritized in their pulls. Many fans compared the system to howGenshin ImpactandHonkai Impact 3rdmodeled their character banners, which would give them more choices for rerun characters.Zenless Zone Zeroalso has a similar system for itsBangboo banner, where players can choose their priority S-rank unit.
The rumored new banner system isn’t official yet, soHonkai: Star Railfans should take the information with a grain of salt for now.
