Successfully subduing the ship’s Obsidian Skeleton crew allows players to pledge service to Flameheart and take control of the Burning Blade, gaining access to powerful weaponry like the Obsidian Ashen Winds Skulls and the devastating Ashen Roar. Alternatively, players can sink the Burning Blade, claiming the Blade of Souls and a substantial bounty.
Sea of Thieves Season 13 Update Introduces Skeleton Camps
The update also introduces Skeleton Camps, built over Ancient Temples hidden below the Sea of Thieves. Inside the Ancient Temples, players must solve constellation puzzles to unlock the Crypt Vault. Depending on their allegiance, they can either stop Flameheart’s Ritual to obtain the Orb of Secrets for Trading Companies or complete the Rituals to gather knowledge for Flameheart. In addition,Sea of ThievesSeason 13 bringsnew commendations and rewards, including items from the Obsidian Bone Crusher set for those siding with the Pirate Lord and the Burning Blade Reborn ship set for Flameheart’s followers.
The update includes 100 levels of Renown, offering Bloodstone Dragon cosmetics and exclusive items from the Eclipse set through the Plunder Pass.
