Intel is not random, and every source of intel throughout the game is the same for every player and every playthrough.
Intel can also range greatly in how easy it is to complete. Sometimes players will only be given a general idea of where to search on the map with a landmark to look for, while other times there is a pinpointed location. Scrolling through the Intel menu will make sorting them easier and selecting which ones you can accomplish quickly,especially with an upgraded speeder.

Players should seek out Intel wherever possible, including purchasing it from a store for a high price. Therewards for Intel are almost always worthwhileand will outweigh the cost of purchasing the Intel if you are willing to complete it. Intel also needs to be unlocked in the menu before it can be completed, so you don’t have any chance of stumbling across Intel by accident. Intel will often require exploration outside the main areas of a world, and without the Intel heard about or purchased, theitem or thing you’re looking for won’t even appear.
