While fans have been happy to see the promised compensation for the problems that occurred during the fest, they seem to not be the only ones getting the opportunities. Some players have reported having encounters added without ever participating in the event. In either case, players have plenty of time to complete the encounters, with a gracious period of nearly 500 days given to get them done.
What Went Wrong During the Pokemon GO 2024 Fest?

AnyPokemon GOplayers who participated in the eventand didn’t receive this opportunity may want to wait a bit. Some players have reported that the encounters have appeared in waves. If they still don’t appear, contacting Niantic support may be the best course of action to take, especially since it seems to be overly generous with the opportunities right now.
