There’s no way to access this area without cheating, but that doesn’t mean that it can’t be affected. XAE_Warthog uses theirScytheto clear away a couple of patches of grass in the enclosure, as their scythe is just able to reach them despite standing on the other side of the fence. A brief cut later, and XAE_Warthog shows that theirStardew Valleysilonow contains hay, albeit just a couple of pieces.
