10Jaheria

Created by EnchantSims

First is a recreation of High Harper and potentialparty member JaheirafromSimmer EnchantSims(who will be making a few appearances in this list due to the various, fantastically madeBaldur’s Gate 3characters they have created and uploaded to the gallery).

Jaheira is one of the older party members in the game—as she is a returning character from the first and secondBaldur’s Gategames—at around 150 years old. As an elf, she doesn’t look to be much older than her 50s though. She’s been through a lot and has aged from her experiences, but not to the point where she looks like a decrepit grandmother.

An image of Gale and Tara from Baldur’s Gate 3 recreated in The Sims 4

EnchantSims recreates this perfectly in thisJaheiraSim by giving her wrinkles, scars, and liver spots while still maintaining her natural beauty. Jaheira ages like a fine wine, and she deserves an accurate Sim like this one rather than one that still looks like a teenager.

9Gale and Tara

Created by Shancunin

The relationship between Waterdeep’swizarding pro, Gale, and his tressym Tara, is an adorable one inBaldur’s Gate 3, but those who play as Gale in his Origin story will see her more often. Tara was summoned by Gale when he was a child, and they have been close companions ever since, with Tara acting as an assistant of sorts to him.

This Sim—madeby Shancunin—excellently recreates bothGale and Tara, with Gale taking on a more modern wardrobe rather than his flowing wizard robes. Unfortunately, Tara has been made as a regular cat, so she doesn’t have her wings, but that’s not surprising, as there are no options for winged pets in the Create a Pet system. Take note of that, Maxis. Give the people what they want.

8Dame Aylin and Isobel Thorm

Created by RealRockyAvenue

Next up are two side characters who became popular among theBaldur’s Gate 3community thanks to their adorable romance. Dame Aylin, the Aasimar daughter of the Goddess of the Moon Selûne, and Isobel Thorm, a Selûne cleric half-elf and daughter of one of the main antagonists of the game, Ketheric Thorm, are anunlikely couple, especially when their parents are brought into the equation.

They are also the original odd couple, with Aylin being a direct and outspoken warrior and Isobel being a softer and calmer character (though she is equally strong in her abilities as a healer and protector). However, their love is undeniable, and they are one of the strongest couples in the game.

Simmer RealRockeyAvenuehas recreatedAylin and Isobelexcellently. From Aylin’s unearthly pale skin, glowing blue eyes, and unusual scars to Isobel’s heavy black eye makeup and shining silver hair, these Sims are the perfect addition toThe Sims 4forBaldur’s Gate 3fans.

7Shadowheart

Created by LadyTiger5

There are a few different Shadowheart’s inThe Sims 4gallery, but this recreation byLadyTiger5is one of the best thanks to the attention to detail. Shadowheart has a very distinctive look and style, thanks to being a follower of the Goddess of Darkness Shar. Shar is all about the darkness in every way, andShadowheartreflects this in her look and her attire (though this can change later in the game if players make certain choices).

LadyTiger5 recreates Shadowheart’s dark and brooding nature perfectly with her black outfit, featuring black fingerless gloves and black nails. Her hairstyle isn’t exact, but it’s an excellent choice from the options available with the packs used. She also has her facial scar, pointed elven ears, green eyes, and dark eye makeup. The amount of effort that has gone into all the little details here makes this one of the bestShadowheart Simsin the gallery.

6Wyll

Created by Eveenka1234

The charming and charismaticWyll Ravengardis another potential companion inBaldur’s Gate 3, and he too has a few Sims recreations in the gallery.Simmer Eveenka1234has created one of the best versions of Wyll, perfectly capturing his valiant personality and nailing his facial features.

This Wyll Sim has his cornrow hairstyle, his distinctive facial scars, and his stubble. The outfit chosen for him works well too, fitting in with what the character might wear in a modern setting. For those looking for theperfect Wyllto add to their Sims game, this version is a great choice.

An image of Astarion from Baldur’s Gate 3 recreated in The Sims 4

5Astarion

Created by lomi29

As one of the most popularBaldur’s Gate 3characters, it’s no surprise that there are plenty ofAstarion Simscurrently available in the gallery. However, this version fromSimmer lomi29makes it onto this list thanks to the excellent recreation of the character’s facial structure and hair.

This Astarion looks scarily similar to his design in the game, from his dark red eyes to his long nose and thick eyebrows. He also has his iconic, perfectly styled curly hair. Most of the other Astarion Sims have silver hair, but this one goes for a platinum blonde that is almost white, and oddly enough, it works fantastically well and makes this version of him stand out from the other Astarions.

An image of Minthara from Baldur’s Gate 3 recreated in The Sims 4

4Minthara

Minthara is a recruitable companion that tends to be missed by many players, as she can quickly become an enemy who can be killed without much thought. Those who do recruit her often find her one of the most interesting companions. Minthara fans are sure to love thisSim version of her, which is another recreation byEnchantSims.

Players that want to download this Minthara in full will need quite a few expansions, stuff packs, and kits to do so, but the result is a realistic Minthara Sim that has thoroughly nailed her appearance, from her purple skin to her very light blue hair, reddish brown eyes, and even her subtle freckles.

An image of Lae’zel from Baldur’s Gate 3 recreated in The Sims 4

3Lae’zel

Created by Polssair

Githyanki companion Lae’zelis one of the more difficult characters to recreate inThe Simsdue to the distinctive appearance of the Githyanki people. There are a few versions of her in the gallery, but this take on Lae’zelby Polssairis by far one of the best options.

As well as matching her dark yellow skin tone perfectly (which is surprisingly hard when trying to recreate her), Polssair has also added scale-like markings on her face. The Sim also features Lae’zel’s pointed ears, braided brown hair, and scathing expression.

The most impressive part of this Sim is the unique, tiny nose, which is a staple of the Githyanki design. It’s hard to get this element of their appearance to look as they do in the game, but Polssair has recreated Lae’zel’s nose pretty much perfectly.Lae’zel stansare sure to want to add this Sim of her to their game as soon as possible.

2Scratch and Owlbear Cub

Created by JilooStark

One part ofBaldur’s Gate 3that everyone could agree on was the adorable nature of the potential camp pets. The pets, adog Scratch, and an Owlbear Cubcan be missed in the game, but they make such a huge difference to the atmosphere of the camp that it would be a shame not to have them.

Scratch and the Owlbear Cub have been recreated here bySimmer JilooStark, and they are a must for fans of the best duo in the game. The Owlbear Cub has been designed from a regular cat breed, which seems like it wouldn’t work or would create a creepy cat owl creature. However, the result is an adorable and accurate Owlbear baby.

An image of Orin the Red from Baldur’s Gate 3 recreated in The Sims 4

The best part of the recreated pets is the Owlbear Cub’s given name: Scritch. TheBG3community should collectively agree that Scritch is the canon name for the Owlbear baby. Scritch and Scratch are a pet duo that is an absolute must forBaldur’s Gateplayers.

1Orin the Red

One of the most impressiveBaldur’s Gate 3Sims in the gallery has to be this recreation of the villainousOrin the Red, created by theaforementioned EnchantSims. This Sim captures Orin’s menacing yet oddly beautiful look, such as her gray skin, her white, zombie-like eyes, her long blonde braid, and even the creeping veins on her face.

Unfortunately, there is no meat-like bodysuit available inThe Sims 4Create a Sim system, but EnchantSims manages to recreate Orin’s disturbing outfit well with a red, transparent outfit and red boots. This design replicates Orin’s in-game look excellently, while not being too creepy. Orin built herself a significant fan base after her appearance inBaldur’s Gate 3, and her Sim is one of the bestBG3finds for fans in theSims 4gallery.
