WhenPokémon SwordandPokémon Shieldwere released in 2019, various Pokemon got new variants from the Galar region in the games. A few of the classic first-generation Pokemon received a Galar makeover. Among the most noteworthy was the Fire-type Pokemon Ponyta and its evolved form Rapidash.

Galarian Ponyta is a Psychic-type Pokemon, while Galarian Rapidash is a Psychic/Fairy-type. Because of this change, the pony and horse Pokemon no longer have the fiery mane and tail, nor the orange and yellow color palette. Instead, they have white coats and thick, fluffy pastel blue, purple, and pink manes and tails.Simmer sianana88recreates the beauty and the majestic nature ofGalarian Rapidashwith this horse Sim, especially with an excellent take on the multicolored pastel mane and tail.

The Eevee Sim has been created from a small dog breed, and the design includes the Pokemon’s classic light brown fur, pointed ears, large black eyes, and cream-colored fur around the neck.Eeveemight not be the most complex Pokemon creation inThe Sims 4gallery, but they don’t have to be, as the accuracy and the adorable nature make it one of the cutest and best choices.

6Kanto Starters (Charmander, Bulbasaur, Squirtle)

Created by DragonsGhost460

Along with Pikachu, Bulbasaur, Squirtle, and Charmander are three of the most iconic Pokemon of all time. They are the three Pokemon that players of the original Red and Blue (or Green in some countries) games would choose between at the beginning of the game.

Simmer DragonsGhost460has recreated thethree original starters in dog form, and the results are incredibly cute. All three have their classic orange, blue and green color schemes. They have some well done extra details too, such the green area on Bulbasaur’s back to represent the Pokemon’s bulb, Squirtle’s drawn-on shell, and the yellow tip of Charmander’s tail to represent the flame.

5The Eeveelutions

Created by lilythas

The previously mentioned Eevee is a unique Pokemon, as it has various evolution options for several different types. This player-made creation in theSims 4gallery featuresall eight Eeveelutions. Created bylilythas, each of the Eeveelutions are not only adorable, but they are also as accurate as possible within the limitations of theSims 4Create-a-Pet system.

Redesigned from small dog breeds, all the Eeveelutionshave their iconic color palettes. They also feature extra detailing to make them all the more accurate, such as Sylveon’s pink bow, the gem in the middle of Espeon’s forehead, and Flareon’s fluffy neck fur.

4Mew

Created by Stealthfire19

Despite its unassuming appearance, Mew is a particularly powerful Pokemon. This recreation of the light pink, kitten-like Pokemon is all the more unassuming in Sim form. Recreated from a small cat breed bySimmer Stealthfire19, this Mew is almost perfect.

The pink shade of its coat, the slightly pointed nose, and flatter face are key elements ofMew’s simple designthat have been remade excellently here. The only thing that’s missing is a super long tail, but the Create-a-Pet system only offers certain tail styles, so it’s not surprising that it couldn’t be done. For players looking to add a cute Pokemon cat to their Sims game, this Mewis a fantastic choice.

Pikachu is arguably the most iconic Pokemon in the history of the franchise, but the other Pokemon in Pikachu’s evolutionary line are also iconic in their own way. Pikachu and its evolved form Raichu, as well as the first Pokemon in the evolutionary line, Pichu, have been recreated here in cat form bySimmer flambrainz.

The details are what make these Pokemon cats particularly impressive, such as Raichu’s yellow cheeks and tail and black tipped ears, Pikachu’s brown back stripes and red cheeks and Pichu’s pink cheeks, black tail and black neck cuff. These Pokemon Sims are a must for fans ofPikachu and all its evolutionary stages.

2Alola Starters (Rowlet, Popplio, & Litten)

Created by MissKowaidesu

The three starter PokemonfromPokémon SunandMoonare super cute, and players looking to get their hands on accurate versions of them inThe Sims 4need look no further than this recreation bySimmer MissKowaidesu. Fire-type Pokemon Litten has been made from a cat, as has the Grass-type owl Pokemon, Rowlett. The sea lion Water-type Popplio is the only one of the trio to be made from a dog rather than a cat, but this makes sense, seeing asPoppliohas a puppy dog appearance.

The markings and colorings of each of the starters are impressive and a testament to MissKowaidesu’s abilities. Particularly impressive are Litten’s distinctive facial markings and Popplio’s pink nose and distinctive feet, which have been made to look like flippers. Rowlett does have a slightly creepy look, thanks to the face being made to look like an owl’s face with a beak, but this can easily be overlooked by the impressive nature of the Alolan starters as a whole.

Last but not least isPikachu, the famous mascot ofPokemonwhose adorable face is known worldwide. Because Pikachu is such an iconic character, it’s no surprise that there are many versions of the yellow mouse-like Electric-type in theSims 4gallery. This Pikachu, created bySimmer jennybu88, makes the list because it manages to incorporate Pikachu’s likeness and cuteness without veering into creepy territory. Most Pikachus are also recreated from cats, but this one is made from a dog, making for a unique take on the Pokemon.

Quite a few of the Pikachu Sims in theSims 4gallery end up looking a bit odd, especially when Simmers attempt to incorporate the character’s huge black eyes. It just doesn’t look quite right, but jennybu88 perfectly balances all the design elements that make this iconic character to create one of the best Pokemon in theSims 4gallery.
