As you progress in the Realm of Shadow, you meet many NPCs with each of them having their own goals and reasons. One of these NPCs is Thiollier, a Tarnished who’s obsessed with poison and St. Trina.

Thiollier Full Quest Walkthrough In Elden Ring: Shadow of the Erdtree
To start Thiollier’s questline, there aremultiple steps to take inElden Ring Shadow Of The Erdtree. First,travel south to Cerulean Coastandfind the Fissure Site of Lost Grace, located in a pit where you have to keep descending to reach it.
After that, trigger theSomewhere a Great Rune Has Broken message inElden Ringto progress the main story quest.This will open the Stone Coffin Fissurecave located south of the Cerulean Coast, which you previously activated the Grace next to it. It’s also worth noting that you can do both steps in any order.
Should You Imbibe Nectar At St. Trina In Elden Ring: Shadow of the Erdtree
Explore the cave, reach its boss, and defeat it to find St. Trina. When getting close to her, you only get an option toimbibe nectar. Do that and it will kill your character immediately. Once you respawn,repeat the process four or five times, until you start hearing her voice. Keep imbibing her nectar until she says you must kill Miquella. Grant him forgiveness.
After completing these steps, you can nowvisit the Pillar Path Cross Site of Lost Grace, located east of the Gravesite Plain region. There, you’ll find Thiollier where he’ll mention that he’ll sacrifice everything just to gaze upon her one last time. Choose totell him St. Trina’s Whereaboutsand Thiollier will set his mind to venture into the depths of the Fissure.
You cannow teleport to the Garden of Deep Purple Site of Lost Graceand visit St. Trina again to find Thiollier next to her, begging to hear her voice. Speak with him, and he’ll warn you not to imbibe her nectar as it would plunge you into an eternal slumber, stating it must be him and only him.
Here, you may choose topass on St. Trina’s wordsto Thiollier, and he’ll refuse to believe it with an annoyed voice, threatening he won’t be held responsible for his actions if you lie to him again. You cantry to pass on St. Trina’s words again, and that will make Thiollier invade you when you rest at the Site of Lost Grace outside. Defeat him and you’ll get St. Trina’s SmileTalisman inElden Ring.
After winning against Thiollier, you may revisit St. Trina to find him there. Trigger a conversation with him where he’ll beg you to tell the truth, which you’llpass on St. Trina’s words again, and he’ll refuse them again. However, this time Thiollier will speak in less of an angry tone, and more of a regretful one. Eventually, Thiollier will come around and help you in the DLC endgame. The first time you find him is before fighting Leda and her allies.
Immediately after that, Thiollier will help you against thefinal Boss inElden Ring Shadow of the Erdtree.After winning the final battle, you may revisit the area and find Thiollier’s body with his outfit and weapon.
