Fortunately, FromSoftware has discovered a possible fix for one particular issue with the PC version of the game.
In a recent Twitter post, FromSoftware’s official player support account revealed that applications which control computer mice may be causing unstable frame rates for anyone playingElden Ringon the PC. The company has advised fans to close these kinds of programs before trying to play the game again. This fix was announced afterElden Ring’s 1.12.2 update, which went live on June 25, noted that FromSoftware plans to release more bug fixes in a future patch. The latest update also made tweaks to Scadutree Blessing, theShadow of the Erdtree-specific mechanic that increases player damage output and decreases damage received in the DLC’s new area.
