Despite this, the kind and friendly Inumaki accepts Yuji, with the cursed speech user being keen on helping out Sukuna’s vessel when Yuji is the target ofKyoto Jujutsu High’s assassination attempt.
As Tokyo Jujutsu High students, Inumaki and Yuji spend plenty of time together, with the first and second-year students forming a close bond while in school. In the Shibuya Incident, Inumaki helps clear the way for Yuji to reach the Shibuya station, providing a helping hand to his friend.

Hot-Tempered First-Year Who Becomes Friends With Inumaki In School
NobaraKugisaki is a first-year jujutsu sorcererin the year below Inumaki’s class. However, the pair are often always together, with both year groups socializing and working together on missions. At the Kyoto Sister School Goodwill Event, Nobara and Inumaki are involved as part of Tokyo Jujutsu High’s team, with the pair, among others, trying to stop the assassination attempt on Yuji by the Kyoto team.
In one edition of Juju Stroll, Inumaki is found to be having fun with Nobara alongside Panda, as the pair are both accused of wearing Nobara’s school uniform when Nobara finds her clothes missing.
4Megumi Fushiguro
Level-Headed First-Year That Gets Along With Inumaki
Despite being astrong jujutsu sorcerer, Megumi Fushigurofinds Inumaki to be wasteful as the cursed speech user messes around with his classmate Panda too much while at school. Inumaki’s actions quickly change when it comes to saving his friends, with the cursed speech user coming to Megumi’s aid when Aoi Todo ambushes him at school.
When working together, Inumaki is willing to put his life on the line when Megumi and Noritoshi Kamo are attacked by Hanami, a special grade curse, during the Kyoto Sister School Exchange Event. Even after Inumaki damages his throat against Hanami, Inumaki continues to defend Megumi as his senior, showing care for Megumi and his wellbeing.

Hardened Classmate Of Inumaki
Maki Zenin is one of the moreserious and hardened characters inJJK, with Inumaki seeing her attitude and behavior firsthand as both are in the same year group at Tokyo Jujutsu High. With Maki and Inumaki being in a year group of only four students, the pair stick close together, developing their relationship and chemistry every day at school, often going on missions together.
When Maki and Yuta are set to be attacked by Geto, Gojo sends Inumaki and Panda to their classmate’s rescue. In their fight with Geto, Inumaki gives his all against the special-grade sorcerer to save his classmates whom he cares for.
2Yuta Okkotsu
Timid Student Who Finds Comfort In Inumaki
InJujutsu Kaisen 0, Yuta is introduced as a timid and quiet student suffering from his past. When introduced to his classmates, Yuta startles them through the presenceof Rika, his special grade curse. Despite this, Inumaki goes out of his way to become friends with Yuta, as before their first duo mission, Inumaki tries to comfort Yuta.
During their mission, Inumaki and Yuta fight side by side against dangerous curses, with their success furthering their friendship. After the devastation of the Shibuya Incident caused by Sukuna, Yuta vows to get revenge on Yuji for Inumaki losing his arm in the destruction, showing care for his dear friend.
1Panda
Inumaki’s Closest Friend In Tokyo Jujutsu High
InJJK, out of all the characters, Panda is Inumaki’s best friend. As classmates, Inumaki and Panda are often found to be inseparable, with the pair messing around together whenever they can. Inumaki and Panda’s constant clowning and teasing of fellow students, such as Nobara, shows the pair’s friendly and humorous relationship.
In their missions, Inumaki and Panda fight side by side, with their battle against Geto at school demonstrating their power and chemistry when working together as jujutsu sorcerers. Despite both characters lacking the acclaim and notoriety of other duossuch as Gojo and Yuji, Inumaki and Panda make for a great duo and relationship that shines inJJK.
